The 2-story penthouse allows for privacy even for large groups, each bedroom has its own bathroom, the open concept on the first floor allows for plenty of space for gatherings and the terrace offers spectacular sunsets and views of the ocean.

You can spend hours of relaxation at the beachfront gigantic infinity pool enjoying exotic drinks or delicious food from our attentive restaurant personnel or you can order meals to be delivered to your unit if you prefer privacy.

Great place!!
Really enjoyed my stay here, the location was exactly as advertised and the property was very clean, thanks to Olga who comes every day to tidy up!!! Nelly is very responsive and the check in process is very easy. The onsite employees at the property are very helpful if you ever need a taxi you just let them know and they are there within 5 minutes. Overall I really enjoyed my time spent here!

Amazing Vacation
We travel frequently to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita, we heard about Nuevo Vallarta for a long time but always returned to what was familiar to us. Nuevo Vallarta is our new spot, this penthouse is spacious, well taken care of and the view is spectacular, location cannot be better, right on a beautiful sandy beach, there’s a restaurant by the huge beachfront pool where we enjoyed good food and delicious margaritas, we plan on bringing our entire family, the condo is ideal to accommodate large groups up to 10-12 people, this is a secure gated community with 24/7 on-site security, a short taxi ride to shops, cafes and restaurants and only 25 minutes from the airport. Great communication with rental manager, very responsive and helpful.

Loved it*****
Amazing location, spectacular view, very spacious condo and great service from rental manager in Houston and on-site staff, huge beachfront pool, amenities include restaurant, gym, game room. We visited Puerto Vallarta a couple of times and although we enjoyed it, we were eager to return to the tranquility of this location. The condo is only 25 minutes from the airport and close to shopping and restaurants. Gated community allowing only registered guests. Perfect for families or group of friends. Highly recommended.
