Absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Paty! Israel, Alonso and Rosario made us feel like absolute royalty. 8 adults and 7 children and it felt relaxed! Incredible location, stunning views and great amenities. It was the people who work at this house, though, that made the experience as incredible as it was. No notes! Muchisimas gracias!

The view is unbelievable. The different levels of the home add so much beauty and different views. The service is detailed and exceptional. Israel was always there to help. He took care of the organizing, purchasing, and whatever what was needed. The chef and maid were wonderful. The home is beautiful. This is definitely a home to go to stay. The beach access was easy, and we enjoyed going to the beach. The pool was constantly used. No matter what the weather was we were able to enjoy the outside lower deck. We had a special celebration, and Israel, the chef, and Rosario took care of everything. Every morning Israel would ask what we needed for the next 24 hours. The upper level was very nice. The views were exceptional. We want to go again. It was peaceful and restful.

Awesome stay!

We had a large family group ranging in age from 5 to 82 on a celebratory trip! We had an amazing time! The staff was so great - anything and everything we needed was taken care of, shopped for, provided, or made for us in no time! We loved having easy access down to the beach and spent a lot of time there! The common area by the pool was a popular hangout spot for everyone and we enjoyed a few meals there! Truly have no complaints, thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Relaxing time at the beach

Lovely home for a quiet vacation with the family. The owners were very responsive and helpful in planning the trip. The staff worked so hard to make sure all ur needs were met for a special celebratory week with the family.

location, location, location and the most amazing service. Beautiful villa on the beach in PV. We had out family (10 people) and enjoyed amazing food prepared by the chef and were waited on all day by Isreal who took care of everything for us ! Simply amazing - A must do!!

Our Casa Paty Stay

We truly enjoyed our 7 day stay at Casa Paty. We were a family of 10 from 1-1/2 to 71 and we all had a wonderful time, rarely leaving the Villa at all. The entire staff was excellent, the housekeeper attended to our every need including finding rapid help when our rental battery died. The chef was flexible with our various dietary preferences and the maid did a great job, as well. The setting/Villa was beautiful, the beach wonderful, the staff accommodating and thorough, creating memories we will carry forever.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was amazing and beautiful and so well kept. The staff was unbelievably gracious and accommodating! We felt spoiled and taken care of from the moment we walked in. The staff was wonderful and attentive. They helped us with our bags - were available if we had questions, etc.... the welcome snack and drinks were amazing! The entire experience was 10/10! I would recommend this place and team for anyone wanting a wonderful luxurious stay in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! Close to downtown but not too close - amazing beach and such pretty views. I cannot thank this team enough for all their help making it a wonderful trip!

Amazing Experience

Casa Paty was the perfect place for our 13 party group in Puerto Vallarta. The property manager, Gary, communicated great prior to arrival and Israel, the host, was tremendous throughout the stay. He was on top of everything we needed and willing to adjust as plans changed. The cook made incredible meals and housekeeper took great care of the house. There needs some updating with the sound system in the outside area but we brought a speaker so it wasn’t a problem. The staff made us feel safe with locks on the front door and beach gate as well as a security system each night. Israel was great with helping us coordinate transportation for a boat day and trips to the city and a group to play golf. The driver was always on time and helpful.

Beautiful Villa

This property is outstanding! The pictures don't do it justice. It was perfect for our group of 11 adults. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Tons of common space although we spent most of our time around the pool area. The staff were great, friendly, went above and beyond and the chefs food was incredible!

Amazing trip!

Our stay was absolutely incredible! From the moment we booked, Gary was so responsive and helpful, coordinating everything perfectly and answering all of our questions beforehand. The house itself was absolutely stunning—immaculate, beautifully decorated, and even more amazing in person than in the photos.The food was outstanding—we loved the chef and every meal was delicious! And Israel… truly an angel. We felt so safe and cared for with him around. He went above and beyond to make sure we were always comfortable, happy, and had everything we needed. We are so grateful for him!Words truly can’t describe how magical our experience was. A huge thank you to Gary, Israel, the chef, and the housemaid for making this such an unforgettable trip. Spectacular experience

This is the second time we have had the opportunity to stay at Casa Paty and it did not disappoint again. The house is beautiful, spacious and the atmosphere of the property is awesome. The outdoor space was perfect for small groups. The staff was beyond excellent, very attentive and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. The meals we had at the property were all delicious with great presentation. Hope to stay here again in the future!

When can we go back?

We had the most amazing stay! Family group ages 1-76 and everyone was happy. As a family with small kids it was amazing to have the pool and beach at our fingertips! The staff were amazing, truly kind and our meals were absolutely delish!! Not having to load the crew multiple times was so wonderful and made it actually feel like a vacation! The house was great, giant comfy beds, comfy futons in rooms for the kids and they even had high chairs and oak n plays. Thank you for everything! We will be back!

Best vacation!!

We had an absolute wonderful time! The staff made everything so easy and allowed us to truly relax! It felt as if we were at an all inclusive resort without all the extra people. Location is amazing!! Every meal was delicious!! We will definitely be trying to get back soon!

Amazing!

We had an amazing time! We stayed 7 nights at Casa Paty. We were 6 couples with 2 littles. The service we received from Israel was top notch! He was so attentive yet allowed us to have our space and let loose. The food was amazing. Dining 3 meals per day al fresco on the lovely pool level table allowed us to watch the whales in the morning at breakfast, lunch in our swimsuits and the dinners with sunsets cant be beat. The chef created any meal that we wanted from authentic Mexican meals to steak and fresh lobster. Luz was great in keeping our rooms clean and the laundry and home looking fresh. Simply a great staff in a beautiful home in a superb location created the best week one could ask for. We will be back!

Great house great staff

Staff made all the difference in this vacations. We had problems with one of the AC units and they changed for a new one on the second day of our stay. All food services where flawless, great quality! Beach at the house was nice and safe.

This home has been in my family since the moment of it´s construction. We have been members of VRBO since the year 2000 and we are very proud to grow hand by hand with this amazing website. I love to travel the world, scuba diving, golf, tennis and try to offer our guests the same experience that I look for when I travel.

This property is very important for my family because it has a lot of sentimental history for us. My father arrived to Puerto Vallarta when it was first being developed and chose this special spot in Playa Punta Negra. In that time there where a lot of places available however he didn´t hesitate in choosing this location due to it´s privileged beach and setting. He decided to build this villa as a family vacation home in the place he considered would be one of the best beaches of Puerto Vallarta and time proved he was correct.

When my father constructed this villa, his idea was to build a home that blended with the beauty of the constructions that made the 'Puerto Vallarta Style' a architectural concept. For this reason he incorporated two domes, roof tiles, rocks, marble and a white color through out the villa. All of this combined with all the necessary amenities in order to enjoy the villa with a great comfort. We consider our staff members friends of our family because we've known them for a long time and they're one of the strengths of our villa. We are convinced that very few homes in Puerto Vallarta can offer the service that we offer to our guests and the great location of our villa being one of the few in Puerto Vallarta, REALLY LOCATED ON THE BEACH.
