Awesome Getaway!

The property was just as it was listed, 7 bdrms/5+ bathrooms and worked perfectly for what we were looking for. The backyard opens onto the golf course and was fabulous. The kitchen had been updated with new cabinets and appliances (except the fridge - which worked fine) and there was a good supply of pots/pans/dishes/utensils etc. We had a Great week hanging out as a family, enjoying the sunshine and the beauty of Puerto Vallarta and the house is just minutes to the Marina Malecon and across the street from the Marriott - that opens up onto the beach. The property manager (Marco) was incredibly responsive and the couple of questions/concerns we did have were addressed immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive and very quick replying. Rooms were okay would have been nice to have mirrors in them. Pool was okay had lots of moldy sections on the inside rim but was still usable. The view to the golf course was nice. The backyard only got aprx one of super day and that was at about 12:30 or so. Was disappointing as we wanted to spend more than an hour a day by the pool in the sun. The house had no shower essentials, no wash cloths, and a couple bathrooms didn’t have hand soap to wash your hands, and no kitchen spices or any cooking supplies. There was lots of dishes and lots and pans though. Ask if the dishwasher works before using it cause it leaked all over the one and only time we used it. Pictures of the house and yard were nicer in the photos than they actually were in person but it was okay.Little tidbit of info….. when going to the beach just walk through the lobby of the Marriott Hotel across the street. Here was zero issues and there was 8 of us and we had a little wagon for the two kids and towels etc. We were told when we got to the house how to get to the beach and it was a 30 minute walk. So glad the neighbour told us about going through the Hotel Lobby. So fast and if you want you can get drinks and/or lunch and eat it at the restaurant by their pool or take it to the beach! It was awesome!! All in all we had a great family holiday. Weather was perfect every day.

The only complaint I have is that in a 7 bedroom house there’s only one tv, a 32 in television, unbelievable

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose Marina Vallarta because it offers a combination I truly love: tranquility, safety, and everything you need within easy reach. It’s a very walkable neighborhood where you can step outside and easily walk to the beach, enjoy breakfast or dinner at nearby restaurants, stroll along the marina, or visit local cafés and shops. You’re also surrounded by some of Puerto Vallarta’s best hotels and services, while still enjoying a relaxed residential atmosphere. I wanted a place where my guests could leave the car behind, explore the neighborhood on foot, and feel like they’re on vacation from the moment they step outside the house.
