Beach access is right across the street

This renovated condo will provide you with a convenient stay just steps from the beautiful sand of Garden City beach. We are located across the street from the ocean front properties as a second row property. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys for our guests so you don’t have to worry about dragging yours with you if you choose to stay with us. We also provide bedding and towels for your stay, so you do not need to bring those along either. We have 1 parking spot for our guests

We like our guests to enjoy their vacation so we provide a keyless entry and will be a phone call away if needed.

Our neighborhood is filled with condos and we are just steps away from the sandy beach.

Our unit is a space entirely for you. If you need extra space inquire about our additional listing in the same complex.

Our unit is a 3rd floor loft unit. We have a bedroom with full bed on the main floor and a Queen bed and extra twin bed in a large closet in the loft.

We have 1 parking pass for guests. The HOA does not allow golf carts, motorcycles or trailers to be parked on site.

We have 1 parking space for our guests. We will have a parking pass in the unit for you to place in your vehicle during your stay. We are a no smoking, no pets property. Our HOA does not allow motorcycles or golf carts to be parked on site.

Great location, view and nice balcony bedroom. Manager/owner was great with communicating on stay. Clean, updated, beach chairs available was great and kitchen was well stocked. Surfside Beach is easy drive to anything you want to explore. Thanks! Highly recommend.

Beautiful setting and great house!

Christophe was a very gracious host! We were very pleased with our stay. Each bedroom had air conditioning, the main areas were beautiful, and the view from the deck was spectacular!

This property is directly across from the beach, beautifully decorated and has a fabulous host. If you are thinking of visiting the Garden City Beach area, I highly recommend this condo! We loved it and would go back in a second!

The host is outstanding, the response to questions was answered quickly. We enjoyed the location close to the beach and local restaurants are nearby too.

Decent place, a bit pricey for what you get. Wear & tear. Unusual design. No shampoo. No elevator. Close to beach. More Garden City than Murrells Inlet.

Great location, comfortable

Other than the stairs this place was perfect. Beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, loved the coffee station. Water was HOT in shower which is a big plus for me. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. Though we didn’t use the, there were chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and beach toys for our use. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome!

The location is great! Bryce is an excellent host! The place was very cozy! A little smaller than I imaged but overall very adorable! We had everything we needed!!!!!! Would have liked to know ahead of booking the amount of stairs but it helped worked down the food I ate 😁 I would definitely recommend but maybe if older people are joining the trip something on the first floor would work. Overall I’d give this experience a 9/10!!!!!

Great with few exceptions

Everything great with the exception of missing ironing board , there was an iron but no board. And trekking up those stairs several times a day really got to us as we are over 50.

Nice propert

We did not know prior that it was a fourth floor Walkup which was very hard on some of our senior relatives. Property was nice but building was under par in terms of maintenance. Would not go again.

Great

Bryce is a good host and great communicator! The abeach chairs and towels were a huge plus otherwise we would have had to buy them. We loved seeing the ocean from our balcony and loved the location. We had our 10 month old baby with us and she did great there. There was enough living room space for our pack and play. There are a decent amount of stairs being on the 3rd floor so you will get your workout in. Overall our stay was wonderful and we would definitely be back again!

Great Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo in Garden City! This has been our third year coming to this area and we were not disappointed with our stay again this year. First off, there was a “Friends” Trivia Game so I felt right at home! The place was nicely decorated and made it feel very cozy, loved the kitchen and the whole family loved the bedroom loft. We all enjoyed the balcony as well, which has a view of the ocean. And speaking of ocean, very convenient walk to the beach, right across the street! We even got to use beach chairs which was very nice, considering we only brought two! Host was so accommodating to me and reached out to me anytime I had a question. I would highly recommend staying here!
