This beauty is in the Alberta Arts district within walking distance of popular Alberta Street with loads of restaurants, bars, galleries and cafes.

The entry level hosts a dedicated office space, a full hall bathroom with a tub shower combo, laundry room, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the second; a master bedroom (with king size bed)with en-suite.

Climb the stairs to another master bedroom(with a queen size bed)with ensuite. This level also has an additional half bath, an outdoor patio and open floor plan: kitchen/dining/living room bathed in natural light

Amenities included: Street parking, private entrance, full kitchen with cooking implements, dish washer, coffee maker, coffee/tea, spices, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, towels, washer/dryer, bedding, full length mirror, ironing board, iron, climate control mini split units for every space.
Great proximity to groceries, cafes, shops, airport (PDX), golf and neighborhood parks.

Great place for our stay

We were in Portland for our son’s wedding and this unit was wonderful!! It was exactly what we needed. Spacious. Clean. Fun neighborhood.

Mini reunion

We met up with grandparents from Seattle and had a lovely weekend exploring the city. The house is in a charming neighborhood with restaurants and cafes close by. Very comfortable and well-designed space, and responsive owners. Loved it.

Wonderful property in quiet neighborhood

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was as described and the property was very clean and quiet. Definitely recommend!

Excellent Experience!

The property looks even better than the pictures. It was very spacious, very clean and in a perfect neighborhood. Excellent restaurants and cute little shops were within walking distance. The property manager was available if we needed him but we didn’t really need to bother him. The check in process was simple. The checkout process was even simpler. We had plenty of privacy for the people in our party. The bedrooms are all spaced far apart. It was almost essentially like having three master suites. All in all it was an excellent house to rent. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
