This beauty is in the Alberta Arts district within walking distance of popular Alberta Street with loads of restaurants, bars, galleries and cafes.

The entry level hosts a dedicated office space, a full hall bathroom with a tub shower combo, laundry room, a master bedroom (with king size bed)with en-suite, and a second bedroom with a queen size bed

Climb the stairs to another master bedroom(with a queen size bed)with ensuite. This level also has an additional half bath, an outdoor patio and open floor plan: kitchen/dining/living room bathed in natural light

Amenities included: Street parking, private entrance, full kitchen with cooking implements, dish washer, coffee maker, coffee/tea, spices, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, towels, washer/dryer, bedding, full length mirror, ironing board, iron, climate control mini split units for every space.

What a lovely place that is clean, modern, and close to everything we wanted to do whether urban or out in the mountains. Our host was fantastic and very responsive. One of the nicest places we stayed at.Thank you for a great exlerience.

This is one of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed in. It is enormous--the photos don't really do it justice. It is also extremely modern/clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The A/C worked great, the beds in all three rooms (2 downstairs, one upstairs) were lovely, and it was easy to find street parking. Overall, this is a terrific apartment that we can highly recommend.

Fantastic stay, house was comfortable and even better than expected! Host took great care to provide the little things that make the difference between good and fantastic. Comfortable beds, spotless and easy to access. Loved the neighborhood.

Beautiful home and a great stay.

Was a perfect place for us and our long-term stay. The house is clean and spacious and the Chris was super helpful and there to answer questions if needed. Loved being close to alberta and killingsworth restaurants and the beautiful views from the house.

House was beautiful and impeccably clean! Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, and we were welcomed by the host. On-street parking was easy and great restaurants just a few blocks away. I would love to stay here again, though there are a lot of stairs to get from the street to the main level, which would be an issue for a few of my friends.

Great property, location, and host

We enjoyed our time here. Very nice ambience inside and out. Convenient to multiple restaurants as well. Outside of the minor issue with getting the key, we enjoyed our time here. Next time we're in Portland, we'll definitely look here as a first option

Spacious and clean home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house is much larger than we expected. It’s a good location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was a perfect place for our family of four to stay! I would highly recommend this property.
