Tucked away on 4 acres with panoramic views of nature. You will enjoy dramatic sunsets, bird-watching, and stargazing all overlooking the bay. This brand new home has all new furnishings and appliances with plenty of room for you and your family to spread out. Beautiful Bayside Retreat

Exceptionally well-apportioned kitchen and ample sleeping space for our party of 8. Pool was perfect and plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. Gem of a property.

Wonderful family vacation spot

We had an amazing family vacation at the Secluded Bay House. Well stocked, perfect layout for our 6 adults and 4 kids. The pool is beautiful! The patio area and deck are so nice for hanging out and watching the sunset. Beach was close and enjoyed 2 days there. Galveston had many restaurants to choose from and never had a bad meal. Brooke was very quick to respond to my questions and notify us of any maintenance work scheduled. Definitely a 5 star vacation!

Summer Vacation

All I can say is WOW! The house was amazing!!!! We loved the views, peace and quiet, and the pool/hot tub. We have never been to this area before and had such a great time. The house had everything you could need. 5 STARS!!!!!

The pictures are fantastic but wait until you stand on that deck and look out over the water! Don't look and anything else.... It's worth it!

Peaceful Getaway

We had the pleasure of having our family vacation here at the beginning of June and couldn’t have chosen a better place. We came here to go to the beach, but found no reason to leave with the pool and patio set up. The house is tucked away on several acres on the bay side, which gives it very peaceful feel. The house is beautiful inside/out. The host was not only responsive, but did a wonderful job designing the home to accompany both adults/kids. Needless to say, I have already started planning our trip back next year.

Peaceful & Secluded!

The perfect location for a peaceful getaway! This home has great views and is just a short ride to all of Galveston's hotspots. The house was immaculately clean and stocked with everything you need to cook for a family or just enjoy the weekend. The open kitchen and living areas gave us plenty of space to enjoy our time without being on top of eachother. We were very pleased with the furnishings...the beds & pillow were great and the bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of fluffy towels! The extra large pool and hot tub were a nice bonus and there's plenty of patio furniture for lounging. This host was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Check in (and check out) was super simple. ZERO COMPLAINTS about our experience and would definitely stay in this house again.

Peaceful Getaway

The property was perfect for a peaceful, restful vacation. It is a beautiful home with lovely views. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every evening! The home is spacious with enough room for everyone to retreat to their own places for some alone time, while still having areas for us to be together and enjoy one another's company. The pool and hot tub were great and the porch is wonderful for hanging out. The property is close to the beach and to plenty of fun activities but it was so nice to come back to the house where the mornings and evenings were quiet. Perfect rental!

オーナー : Brooke Bradshaw

My husband and I are both born and raised in Houston, Texas. We grew up visiting the tourist spots of Galveston and only in the past few years discovered the beauty of the west end. We fell in love with the Bay side in particular- the solitude and brilliant sunsets. We found this beautiful piece of land in the summer of 2019 and made the exciting decision to build on it. After long delays through the pandemic, blood, sweat, and tears… we finished in Fall 2022. This is our home away from home, that we hope to retire in one day. It has truly been a labor of love!

We designed the home with great inspiration from Joseph Eichler. This is evident in the large windows, the spacious upstairs and downstairs patio, beautiful tongue and groove ceilings from living space to patio, A-frame roofline, open floor plan, or what has come to be known as “California Modern”.
