Located on the strip in Seminole Heights with lots of cafes, bars & restaurants. Seminole Heights is known for being the little trendy, historic foodie capital of Tampa. Less than 10 mins to Downtown, Amalie Arena (Lightning Hockey), Riverwalk, Tampa General Hospital, Ybor City, and Armature Works. Approx 15 mins to Busch Gardens Park, HORROR NIGHTS, Hard Rock Casino, Hyde Park and 30-45 minutes to the beaches. You can also hop on the Brew Bus and explore the area while enjoying libations. Don't miss out!!

Highly recommend! Great location for us to escape our home, yet still get to work, while it was tented for termites. The host was very communicative and gracious. It is situated very close to several great restaurants.

Great Stay

Stay was great! Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and check-in/check-out was simple! Location was good walking distance from a lot of things but also easy to drive/Uber anywhere else.

The property was easy to access and the pictures were accurate. Our host made it feel like home and graciously left us coffee and soaps for our stay. Excellent communication with the host and we’d definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay! The host responded to my questions promptly and ensured that my needs were met. The instructions were very easy to follow so finding the unit wasn’t an issue. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable in this home. Will definitely book again on my next visit.

Not luxury but does the job

Small apartment. Definitely not for more than 3 people. The apartment is older and between a fancy, new apartment building and a body shop. Walkable to some restaurants and we never felt unsafe We were just looking for a place to crash and it did the job.

We had a great stay!

The property was easy to find and access, if you first understand it is located behind a small house with the same address. The apartment is small and we felt very comfortable and safe in the community. There are several restaurants within walking distance and they were all very good. I gave only 3 stars on "accuracy of online listing" because the interior pics don't quite match up to the actual inside furnishings. The one misinformed that made a difference is they show a Keurig coffee maker and when I arrived, it was actually a tiny 5 cup coffee maker so obviously I had to purchase ground coffee. (flavored ground coffee was furnished but it's not for me). Overall, I would stay at this property again. It was very sufficient for what we needed.

Don't want to leave

It was a little difficult to find due to map quest. I called the owner and she stayed on the phone while guiding us to the property. It is an adorably little place. There's all the extra touches that add class and comfort. The location could not be better. Right across the street is the most delicious food with live music. We celebrated my friend's birthday and the waitress even brought us a piece of delicious cheesecake with a candle lit. There is s another place right next door that we didn't get to visit but we will be back because it looks inviting and fun. Within 10 minutes driving distance is Yber City. We went to the double decker, where they have karaoke, and we had such a blast and met some talented friendly people. It was entertaining just to watch everyone. We were 10 minutes away from Bruce gardens and adventure Island had a great day there. And now it's time to go home. I will be back. Thank you so much for your hospitality, your beautiful home away from home, we can't say enough.
