A great place to recuperate

My family rented this property because my mother had surgery at Moffitt. The home was clean, well supplied with the necessities, and tastefully decorated. The yard was tidy and well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and offered nearby recreational opportunities at a few local parks that were within walking distance. The host was responsive, attentive, and kind. Should we find ourselves needing a rental in Tampa again, we wouldn't hesitate for a second to rent this beautiful place again.

I honestly couldn't ask for a better host. The house was SUPER clean, positive energy as soon as you walk through the door and Mr. Sydney was very informative with the questions I had about Tampa. I highly recommend and will be coming back in the future 💜

Great place

This place has thr best location wether your going to the Zoo, Busch Gardens or the beach. It is cozy and comfortable. We are greatful for letting us stay here.

Month Post-op Stay

Sydney and Berta personally greeted us at check-in and were easily accessible for questions or concerns during our stay of 4 weeks. We appreciated the roomy and cute coral home of theirs for my son’s post-op stay. Easy to and from downtown, whether backstreets or I-275, the zoo and Publix were less than 10 mins away, and Busch Gardens was around 10-15 mins away. Very convenient location overall! Kitchen was pretty well stocked, large, with a huge pantry and table for 6. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and of nice size. The beds were extra firm with plenty of pillows and nice bedding and the bedrooms were roomy with large closets. Two of the three bedrooms had smart TVs. The living room had a large smart TV as well. Our only complaint would be that the living room furniture was quite uncomfortable and the sleeper sofa’s mattress was too thin to use. The home overall was very clean and the yard was well maintained and nicely landscaped. The backyard is very private with a nice pergola, grill, 2 loungers, and a table and chairs for 6. There is on street and off street parking that is semi-shaded. We appreciated the cipher locks (no keys!) and motion sensor lights in the front and back for extra security. The neighborhood is a little worn looking but walkable and quiet. We highly recommend staying at Sydney and Berta’s cute coral home when in Tampa!

Perfect house

This location to all things in Tampa could not have been better. The house is adorable and the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. We hit the jackpot for Taylor Swift weekend!

We where here for a Seminar in Tampa

This cozy house had plenty of room, the colors where very Florida fresh, we enjoyed our stay very safe easy to come and go. The house was very open and relaxing. Bertha and Sydney were very sweet hosts. Would stay there again.

Beautiful home and property

Sydney and Berta were very welcoming in providing us with details about their home and the surrounding area! The home was very spacious, clean , comfortable and relaxing. At times we just wanted to stay on the property because it felt like a vacation in itself. The kitchen was equipped with all beautiful appliances and cookware. Shopping area was only minutes away. We were nearby to all attractions and definitely playing tourist on most days. I highly recommend this beautiful property with all the comforts of home! Perfect atmosphere for a family getaway!

Lovely Spot

We were in town for a week painting murals and this was the perfect place to return to after a hot day of work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a low key and comfortable spot.

A Tampa Gem!

What a lovely house! We vacationed in Tampa for a week and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sydney was the consummate host, greeting us when we arrived, giving us all the information we needed for the house, and even recommending local restaurants. The house was central to everything we wanted to do, so it was a perfect location. The lovely eat-in kitchen made it easy to buy a few groceries and save some money on eating out (not a bad thing when you spend two days and lots of cash at Disney!). The house was clean and neat and we felt safe and at home the entire time. We highly recommend using this VRBO when you’re in Tampa!

Memorial Day Weekend

Had a great overall experience! Met the property owners the night we checked in, and he gave us a little walk through! Enjoyed barbecuing in the back yard! Movie nights where also a complete success! Had a great time and cannot wait to visit again!

Cozy Home

Our vacation experience in this house was great and very cozy, the sector is very quiet. Overall well organized and neat, close to the zoo and many great places to visit. Sydney and Berta were always very attentive, friendly and willing to serve us. !!! Excellent I recommend them 100%, when I return to Tampa I would stay in this house again.!!!!
