This place was perfect for our stay very roomy, and clean!! the beds were so comfortable. And the host was quick to respond to our needs. very convenient to down town cave springs!!

Clean and well furnished

This was our second stay here. This place is very spacious, clean and well stocked. The check in process is flawless and the owner is very polite and easy to reach.

Nice stay in Cave Spring

The house was as described. We enjoyed the amenities and extras that were included. House could use a deep clean, but overall, we had a great stay.

Brian's guests stayed in our property for 2 and half months, They used the property carefully, kept in good condition. Guests were responsible and communicated well. We enjoyed keeping them and looking forward to host them again.

The house was clean but very dated. The painted kitchen cabinets were stained and the paint was scratched off in many places. One of the cabinet doors was missing. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working and there were no ice trays. But again it was clean, comfortable beds and the house had no musty odors.
