Million dollar views in all directions including down! 3800 square foot home on 1.5 acres with plenty of parking (including RV setup) and an orchard. 4 large bedrooms with 9 beds (1 CK, 2Q, 2bbs and 2f) along with 3 full baths make this a great place for a family get away . High speed fiber and ROKU make this a wonderful place to work from home (if you can avoid being distracted by the view!). Outdoor jacuzzi and fence dog area as well.
The space
This 3500 square foot space is all about the incredible view. Drinking your coffee in the morning on the back deck is the perfect way to get yourself started.

Inside the home has been fully remodeled with new floors and beds. I would describe the vibe as western Colorado modern. There is also a dog door in the kitchen to allow your fur babies to join you in our fenced in private orchard.
Other things to note
Here on the Western Slope we have a very dry climate. As such it is common to use evaporative cooling systems in place of air conditioning units. In the hottest parts of the summer the unit keeps the home in the low to mid 70s during the day. During the spring fall and winter we enjoy the crisp mountain air or turn on the central heating system.
