Brand new home built in 2022 with upscale contemporary décor. Gourmet, fully equipped kitchen including appliances and extras such as Nespresso and Shark Ninja mixer for quick breakfasts. Walking distance to historic Lockhart square, HEB grocery store, Dairy Queen and much more. Peaceful corner lot surrounded by hundred year old pecan trees that provide shade. Amble outdoor space to relax and unwind. Remote workstation with WiFi. Allergy sensitive hotel grade bedding and bath amenities.

Small touches such as USB connections on the end tables to recharge your electronics. Included Remote workstation with WiFi. Allergy sensitive hotel grade bedding and bath amenities.

All common areas are accessible to guests. Includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry room complete with washer and dryer.
Other things to note
Driveway can accommodate two vehicles. Also provide corn hole and ladder ball should the competitive juices strike to play in the backyard.
