Overlooking the nationally recognized Racquet Club courts of Seabrook Island, this two-bedroom, two-bath villa is the private coastal oasis you've been looking for. Ideally located on the island, this villa is steps away from the 27,500-square-foot Seabrook Island Lakehouse with an outdoor pool, near the picturesque Palmetto Lake with its walking path, Bohicket Marina, and much more.

The villa rests on the top floor of the Courtside Villas. Guests enter onto a private balcony with outdoor seating and court views. As you enter the property, an enclosed coastal porch area features more seating and offers an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or afternoon board games and reading.

As guests step into the villa, a large dining table and well-stocked kitchen offer ample opportunities for dining and entertaining. The bright kitchen area is nicely equipped with dishware, serveware, and cookware for all cooking and hosting needs.

An open living room space with elevated ceilings and a large screen smart TV is a favorite area to relax.

Down the hallway, you will find a master bedroom with ample natural light, a Juliet balcony, a comfortable king bed, a large dresser, a closet, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Across the hallway, an additional full bathroom features a shower/tub combination, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a dresser, a TV, and a closet area.

A stackable washer and dryer are located off the hallway for the convenience of our guests.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. Easily accessible and well-lit for your safety. There is parking in the carport and parking lot area, which makes packing and unpacking simple.

• BEACH: 2.0 miles, 7 minutes away. Please note that beach chairs are not provided at this property.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Please note that this specific property does not offer access to the private Seabrook Island Club facilities (Beach Club pools, club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts are excluded).
• POOL: Access to both the private Courtside Villa complex pool and the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is included. Even without club amenity cards, guests enjoy complimentary access to the uncrowded private beaches, equestrian center, crab docks, and volleyball and basketball courts.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts are allowed at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the 2-vehicle maximum limit.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: No pets allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000488.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation. A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. Guests do not need to rush over to the store to start their stay, as a starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKER: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.

• AMENITY CARDS: Please note that club amenity cards are not included and are not available for purchase with this specific villa. However, guests always enjoy complimentary access to the private Courtside Villa complex pool, the uncrowded beaches, the outdoor Lakehouse pool, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, and the volleyball and basketball courts.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As Seabrook Island is a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a fee of $45 per gate pass for vehicle access. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) count as a vehicle pass and count toward the strict maximum limit of 2 gate passes.

• CHECK IN: While self-check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: As one of the island's leading management companies, our guests' safety and comfort are paramount. At Sandpiper, our portfolio of homes and villas are privately owned and professionally managed by a family-owned, locally based, on-island, licensed, first-class team which includes housekeepers, inspectors, maintenance staff, contractors, and more. Our team at Sandpiper will strive to provide a seamless vacation experience with memories that will last a lifetime. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We are at your service for the duration of your stay.

• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, and smoking on decks is prohibited. Please try to keep at least 15 feet away from the villa complex.

• PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

We came for a wedding and there were several other families that stayed on the island and comparatively, this place fell short of our expectations. Had a dead cockroach in the kitchen when we arrived. The place was dated and paint was beginning to chip. Other rentals in the same price range offered beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other amenity access, which this rental did not. In addition, the dryer burnt three pairs of swim trunks, as we have not had that issue with swimwear before. Overall, the place was fine, but likely would not stay there again.

Hi Jason, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad you were able to visit Seabrook Island for the wedding, and we are sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand it must have been difficult to coordinate with your friends who had Seabrook Island Club access when your rental did not. Every property has different owner memberships, and we make sure to price homes without club access or extra beach gear accordingly to reflect that difference. We have notified our housekeeping and maintenance teams the chipping paint. The property is routinely treated for pest control. We are also having a technician inspect the dryer. We appreciate your review. Your comments help us improve the experience for our future guests. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

Family Vacation

Had another great vacation! HVAC wasn't working correctly our first night. We contacted Sand Piper Management and they had someone there the next morning to fix it! A+++ Perfect villa for four people and nice location.

Very nice, quiet condo. Five flights of stairs were difficult! Floors were gritty, probably beach sand. Need a better vacuum-one that sucks up fine particles for cleaning. Bath rugs were dirty. Washer was temperamental and VERY LOUD. Closet where it’s located needs sound proofing/insulation! Ice maker does not work, four plastic trays for making ice were inadequate, having to purchase bags of ice is inconvenient and frustrating. Water dispenser in refrigerator door only worked sporadically, yet another inconvenient purchase-bottled water. Sink in large bathroom doesn’t drain -needs a repair. Over all it was an average rental. Appreciate the lanyard for the pools and being able to park in carport.

Please be assured that we have since repaired the bathroom drain, serviced the refrigerator’s ice and water systems, and updated our cleaning protocols to ensure the floors and rugs are pristine for every arrival. We have also addressed the washer noise and are looking into better insulation for that space to improve our guests' comfort. We appreciate your patience and hope you’ll give us another chance to provide you with the seamless, 5-star experience you deserve.
