Located on a located cul de sac, this private end unit villa has peaceful wooded views. Walk down the short boardwalk toward the beach and Club amenities. This villa is very close to Pelican Beach where you can enjoy gentle waves while watching the sunset over the Edisto River. Continue walking down the sands to the oceanfront beaches, Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront, outdoor dining, and the clubhouse for golf and dining.
This home features hardwood floors in the living area and many updates throughout. The living area has high ceilings and is comfortable and inviting. Large windows allow sunlight to brighten this room. Gather to enjoy conversation with your family and friends or to watch shows on the large HDTV. The dining area features a table that seats six. The nearby kitchen highlights include a tile floor, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a gas stove. There is also seating for three at the counter. Step to the screened porch where you can dine around the table for four or settle into an Adirondack chair with a good book. On the deck there is a gas grill (hooked to a permanent propane tank) and table for 2 to relax at while barbecuing.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in this home. Off the living area is a bedroom featuring a queen bed, plus 1 twin. This room features carpeted floors, a large dresser and access to the screened porch. There is also a 32" HDTV. Accessible from the hall is a full bath with a tub/shower and granite topped vanity. The master bedroom is upstairs. This retreat has a king bed, access to two sun decks, and an en suite bath. There is a large HDTV/DVD and plenty of dresser and closet space. Behind doors is a comfort height vanity with a granite counter. In a separate room is the tiled shower with both overhead shower and hand held shower heads. The solar skylight keeps the room comfortable and there is a heated towel rack. Both bathrooms have hair dryers for your use.
When you walk back from the beach, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower tucked under the home (not private).
Pet friendly- up to 2 dogs under 40# - additional pet fee applies/nt. Dogs must be on leash when outside on property and regime grounds.
** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
