Good experience, host very responsive to messages. Plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tabs and laundry pods which is sometimes rare. Enjoyed our stay!

The place was awesome. We had an emergency and had to push our arrival date. Lynn was the best she worked with us and we arrived 2 days later. We would defineatly stay here again!

Great place to stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, swimming pool, fire pit, grill, pickleball court, and easy access to the lake. The view from the top floor was super. We had plenty of supplies in the kitchen and sufficient towels. All was great for a wonderful family Chritmas.

Very nice property with good amenities. Easy communication. The hardwood did have some residue though that left black on our feet and my baby’s hands/feet/knees.

Our stay at Lunar Lookout was fantastic. It was just what my large family needed to reconnect and relax. The house fit all 13 of us very comfortably. I especially appreciated bedroom to bathroom ratio. Everyone enjoyed killing time with the shuffle board and pool table and we spent a lot of time swimming in the cove at the bottom of the trail from the house. My only disappointment was the broken tv and lack of sun shades on the roof area - we didn't get to make use of that space and it was one of the main reasons that we booked this property.

Jennifer, so glad Lunar Lookout delivered the family reconnection you were after! Thirteen people comfortable under one roof with the right bedroom to bathroom ratio, shuffleboard, pool table, and a cove at the bottom of the trail, that is a hard trip to beat. We are sorry the rooftop space did not work out the way you envisioned and that the TV issue was not fully resolved during your stay. Both fall short of the experience we want every guest to have, especially at a property with so much to offer up there. Our team has those items flagged and we are working through them to make sure the next group gets the full Lunar Lookout experience. We hope to have your family back soon!

The communication was confusing. I got notified after booking to get the VRBO app for follow-up but found the emails finally after not hearing about check in the day before. The emails were in my promotions so almost lost the listing. Everything was clean and well stocked. Great for family vacation.
