The entire 4 beds and 3 baths home with 2,700 sqft of living space is waiting for you.
Come and relax on the deck with a glass of wine while you watch the birds flying over the lovely baker creek into the sunset. If you prefer to stay indoor, we provide high speed wifi and many workstations for working travelers and gamers. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy family cooking and bonding time. Mac is famous for wine tasting and dining at nearby restaurants on "Oregon's favorite main street", McMinnville 3rd street. Enjoy your stay!

I stayed here with my family for Thanksgiving. The home was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was roomy and the open floor plan downstairs let us cook and visit at the same time. It was perfect for my husband and me and our three adult kids—everyone had their own space to retreat to upstairs (all queen or king beds) but we mostly stayed together in the kitchen/family room area, and we had a more formal Thanksgiving meal in the dining room. Great place to stay!

A very lovely stay in a tranquil setting -- you will forget that you are situated in a neighborhood! The house had everything we needed for a wedding weekend with family, and plenty of space for people to not feel right on top of one another. We appreciated the details like the ironing board and the infant gear.

Great property, would stay here again. So happy to find something affordable when everything in “wine country” costs a fortune. Well stocked home with everything we needed except more toilet paper. All bedrooms are upstairs which was nice to keep the family together.

Excellent Home

Our stay at Joy's property was everything we hoped for - it was clean, quiet, spacious and very peaceful. We were 5 women and all of us were very comfortable. Joy was fabulous to do business with. She was fair, responsive and very kind. We visit McMinnville annually and we sincerely hope to return to Joy's property. It is a gem! Thank you Joy!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Joy's house. The house was large with plenty of room for 8 of us. The location is a short drive to all that McMinnville has to offer, but it is on a cul-de-sac at the end of the road. We enjoyed the quiet nights. It was a nice walk to a great coffee shop, Flag & Wire. The office downstairs with doors and couch was quiet and allowed one of us to get some work done. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the large dining table.

A great family spot

The house was a wonderful place for our family to relax and share some family time. The view from the back deck of the creek was much nicer than we even thought it’d be.

Wonderful Home

This home was very clean and well stocked with amenities. There were only minor issues - the front door locking system was not great, the directions were not very clear on how to use the key pad, fortunately there was a key for the home which made it a bit easier. The bedrooms that we did use could definitely use upgrades on the mattresses, they are a bit too soft for our preferences and noisy. We only noticed just the one TV in the living room downstairs, but didn't really have time for much TV

Great home in friendly neighborhood

Great option for multiple family members/couples. All four rooms had comfy beds, kitchen was well stocked and home was in a wonderful area close to several eating options and stores. Host was very responsive and neighbors are super friendly, we were given delicious home garden tomatoes to enjoy! Would recommend if your touring the wineries, close to lots of great options.

Beautiful property, quiet neighborhood right near a park which was perfect for my kiddos. Very close to restaurants and shopping. House was perfect, beds were very comfy, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The hosts were very nice and responsive. Would stay here again no doubt

New, Clean, Beautiful Yard and views of a creek

It was a business trip for me so I didn't get much time to enjoy the place but it would be great for a medium to large group looking to spread out and enjoy the space in the house, on the deck and out in the yard.

Wine Weekend

The property was located close to McMinville. The description says 3 full baths but there were 2 1/2 - third bathroom did not have a shower. The AC was not working during our stay but the owner did respond and try to have repairs done and brought extra fans to help cool the house. House was equipped with decent cooking tools for home meals. Beds were comfortable and a full dining room table for meals. The firepit area did not have chairs and accessing the area was from the front yard. Overall a good stay and would consider using again if we have a group of people.

Great setting

Our groups of visiting customers enjoyed the house, especially the nice setting overlooking the wooded creek area. Too far to walk to downtown, but they liked the quiet neighborhood.

Very comfortable

House is spacious, clean and had everything needed and more. The door was a bit tricky but once we understood the process, it was easy. The only complaint is that the grass was so dry. It was so crunchy that playing lawn games was out of the question. here’s a pro tip, the deck gets very hot in the afternoon and evenings, so we opened the garage door and socialized in the front. Met the neighbors (who are awesome). it was very enjoyable!

McMinnville Homeaway

The home was a lovely stay for family and friends attending my daughter’s wedding. It had all the basics you would need, plus more. It was close to shopping and restaurants. I definitely would recommend this property! My only critique is the upstairs gets a bit warm in the summer for sleeping. More bedroom fans for the upstairs would be helpful.

The property was perfect for our needs. The property is very nice and on a dead end road so real private. The road in was very congested with multiple vehicles parked along the road that made it somewhat challenging.
