Listing is NOT accurate
There are a number of issues with the listing
1. There are NOT 4 twin bunk beds (8 beds). There are 2 twin bunk beds for a total of 4 beds.
2. Property needs some serious TLC with respect to deep cleaning. cobwebs on chairs in kitchen on cabinets. walls/trims showing bad aging. coffee maker still had grounds from previous renters. food still in grill. trash found in common areas upon arrival.
3. the 4 beds are separate from main house (converted garage) and while it had vents, the main house a/c did not seem to help cool down. glad we stayed during fall and not summer.
4. ice maker clogged and somewhat frozen over.
5. the lower game room building - tv does not work. no a/c. If we went in summer, it would have been bad.
6. Games in game room, getting worn and not upkept.
7. exposed electric wiring in kitchen
8. House stuff (tools, paints, paint, etc.) everywhere and could be better organized and kept out of sight.
Net: the place served its purposed although I would not go back.
The Good:
The kitchen was well stocked as were bathrooms. Floors clean too. beautiful views. plenty of seating. sauna was nice bonus and worked well.
