Cozy 2nd floor unit with spectacular Bay views. Sit on the deck & enjoy the peace and tranquility, or spend the day on the beach, shopping, miniature golfing, etc. within walking distance. Great location only 1 block to the beach, access to OC bus transportation. Short walk to Seacrets, Mackey's, Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Alley Oops, Johnny's Pizza, Dumser's, and Nicks Mini Golf. Unit is equipped with washer & dryer, Dish TV, Queen size bed, pull out sleeper sofa. Kitchen is well equipped plus coffee pot & microwave. Come enjoy and relax!

Hello, my name is Julia, Friends and Family call me Jules. I would like to invite you to my Condo here on 56th Street, which has brought me Great memories over the years. From the beginning my husband and I bought this place to be closer to my son and his family, since then my husband has passed, and I bought a house here, and seldom get to use the Condo. I have decided to rent so others like you can have the joy this place has given me over the 14 years.
