- No Smoking, including the balcony. Our condo maintains a smoke-free environment.
- Pets are allowed during the off-season, from October 1 to April 30. Pets Must be Pre-Approved Prior to Booking.
- No Gatherings/Parties: Our home is for registered guests only, ensuring a peaceful stay for everyone.

******** Pet Policy ********
Ocean City allows dogs on the beach and boardwalk only between October 1st and April 30th. Therefore, you are welcome to bring up to 2, house-trained and well-behaved dogs (each weighing no more than 35 lbs) from October 1 to April 30.

There is a $60 Pet fee.
Pets must be crated if they are left unattended.

A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. Failure to return the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation.
