Beautiful Remodel on the River!

This fully upgraded home is the ideal location to stay for a quiet weekend away or to celebrate larger get togethers with Family/Friends! 2 Acres of large mature trees line this gorgeous back yard adjacent to the River. Dock your small boat/jet skis (Boat Ramp just 1/2 mile down the river) or enjoy your kayak/paddle board (rentals close by) from the fishing pier directly from the back yard.
After a memorable day of fun and sun, relax on the over-sized covered patio. Take in the silence (You can even hear the church bells ring on the hour!) or retire to the fire-pit and enjoy the show as Lightening Bugs dance all around you!
Downtown is within walking/Biking Distance and there are miles of trails to enjoy. Cumberland Caverns, Rock Island/State Park Waterfalls and a multitude of Events to round out the ideal vacation!!!
There truly is no place like this one and I assure you that you'll want to add this to your yearly get-away!!!

Please leave the thermostat between 68-72 only. There are fans and heaters for additional comfort.
Please, no smoking of any kind in or near the property. If you smoke away from the house (even if by the River) Pick Up Your Butts please.
Clean up after use of grill/firepit. Don't leave trash. Turn off propane, make sure fire is out, return firepit chairs to the covered grill area.

Short Getaway

This is our second time at the porperty and it was exactly what we needed for a short stay in the area! Host is easy to communicate with and house is charming.

There was a blanket in the brown stairs closet that smelled bad when we opened the hide a bed down stairs there was nuts in it you really need to put up a hand rail on the stairs inside the house

Funny that you would leave 5 stars, but after I ask you to be accountable for damages caused by your group you mention something negative? The house was left "very dirty" by your group, you moved furniture and took down a gate and never returned items to their original locations. I don't know a thing about nuts or a dirty blanket, but communication by you would have resulted in immedaite action. As far as a hand rail, there is a ledge and grips on each step. Seeing as it is a narrow basement stairwell I doubt that a handrail would even fit honestly, but I'll take a better look at it when we return next month.
