Beautiful three bedroom, two full bathroom upper apartment with finished loft space and off street parking central to all of WNY. On the main floor find a cozy living area with sectional, a dining room, a full kitchen, and an upper balcony with patio seating. Also on the main floor, find three bedrooms all with TV's + firesticks, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The finished loft area has a futon, tv + firestick, and a full bathroom with a tub. The apartment is steps away from Hertel Ave, 10 min drive to rest of Buffalo, 30 min drive to Niagara Falls, 30 min to Buffalo Bills Stadium. Host is a lifelong Buffalo Native! Book with us today!

Stayed two nights in this generous sized unit.Great location, just off Hertel Ave, near Delaware Park and the great shops and bars on Elmwood.

Excellent stay in North Buffalo

Great location. 15 mins to airport. Easy ride to the Tonawandas. Love Hertel Ave. a few hiccups with checkin but quickly resolved. We were 6 adults and very comfortable. Bathroom in loft is great. Wish there were at least a single bed up there as futons not so comfortable. Rest of beds were good. Parking was fine.

VRBO in Buffalo

Parking for one car only although we were able to find spots on the street reasonably close. The stairs where challenging, steep and narrow to 2nd and 3rd floor. Could not use internet as we could not connect to site and since I was on my computer could not communicate with host. Not enough towels or wash clothes but was able to do laundry. Conveniently close to dining, bars, shopping and our venue by The Art Museum. It served our purpose for the 4 day stay.

Family Wedding

Sean is an amazing host. He is so quick to answer any of our questions. The home suited our needs perfectly. The upstairs was a bonus for our guests. This location was 10-15 minutes if locations we needed to go. It was a great value and the space was open and spacious for our gathering. Thank you Sean

Awesome time!

The house was well equipped. It was nice and cool. The upstairs loft was a great space. Having 2 bathrooms was an absolute plus. Our Host was amazing! We will refer this place and definitely stay again! We had a wonderful time in Buffalo for our family reunion. Great location.

Great place for a family

My husband, two adult daughters, our dog and I stayed for three nights. It was a perfect place for us. The space was large enough to allow all of us to be together and there was lots private space too (we all had to work remotely for several hours during our stay). Being brand new to VRBO and having been badly burned by a previous rental with a different online platform, I was a bit anxious about this experience. All I can say is that anxiety was wasted energy. Sean was fantastic—quick to respond to questions and very helpful. VRBO was easy to use. The house, host and platform were win, win, win.

A lovely spot

We stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well appointed. It's a short walk to Hertel Ave which has a bunch of shopping and restaurant options. The host was friendly, accommodating, and very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend it and would totally book this again if I was in the area.
