Make yourself at home in this fully-equipped studio at LIFE Bucerias, a brand-new development located in the heart of Bucerias' Golden Zone, just steps from the beach and excellent restaurants serving all kinds of food.
Enjoy a nice cup of coffee from your private balcony with a view, don't miss a day of training at the fitness center, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area.

This brand-new studio has a queen-size bed, a 55" Smart TV, a ceiling fan, a full bathroom with a "rain" shower, and a private balcony with exterior chairs to enjoy the breeze of the Pacific Ocean.
The kitchenette and bathroom countertops are finished in granite. The kitchenette has a small electric stove, a microwave oven, a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and all the cooking basics.
*Guest access*
All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.
*Other things to note*
*This apartment DOES NOT have a reserved parking space. You can rent one for 150 pesos per night (subject to availability).
