We loved staying here again. This condo is in a really great, central location in Bucerias. It is oceanfront and is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the market area. The condo itself was well equipped and very clean. Lots of room for the 2 of us. Pool areas were very nice. The building itself was very clean and well maintained with friendly staff.

The location was perfect for us. We appreciated the terrace and the views of the ocean. The pools and the jacuzzi are nice amenities. The condo is modern and nicely decorated. Inside the condo, we appreciated that all of the appliances worked and that there is a dishwasher. The bathrooms are small and the lighting is not very good and there isn’t space for toiletries; however there are shelves in the bedroom that suffice. We were surprised that we had to purchase filtered water and toilet paper, but a small price to pay for the location.

We enjoyed our Bucerias vacation!! The condo was clean and comfortable. Two relaxing pools and a full exercise room. Also, plenty of garage parking and great restaurants within walking distance.

Upon arrival room was not ready. Previous guests made a mess. Cleaning lady did not show up and owner wasn’t notified. We finally got in unit at 8PM. Unit was tidy, but not clean. Very little water pressure throughout our stay. Difficult to shower and get shampoo out of your hair. Sheets were left in dryer and some were in shreds. Owner was not very responsive. Picture of view is misrepresented. Large construction project in front of us. Work was being done from about 8:30-6:00 each weekday. Do not rent from this individual!

Hi Richard, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points and also acknowledge where we fell short. First, I sincerely apologize for the delay at check-in. As soon as I was notified that the cleaning team had not arrived, I immediately arranged for a replacement and sent her via Uber to get there as quickly as possible. The person who stepped in did so on short notice and is not part of our regular team, which unfortunately led to inconsistencies in the setup of the unit. I understand how frustrating this must have been, and we have since reinforced our processes to avoid this happening again. Regarding the linens, the sheets that were in the dryer were already clean—the cycle simply hadn’t finished, and the cleaner, due to the urgency, assumed it was acceptable to leave them there. When you mentioned the condition of some sheets, we understood that you preferred not to be disturbed, so we did not send anyone in without being asked. In any case, new linens have since been purchased to prevent this situation moving forward. On the water pressure, this was never reported to us during your stay, so we did not have the opportunity to address it in real time. That said, since your departure, we have cleaned the shower systems and replaced the water filters to ensure everything is functioning properly. In terms of the view and nearby construction, while there is a project visible from the balcony, it is located across a canal at an approximate distance of 30 meters and does not obstruct the ocean view shown in our listing photos. Additionally, the construction is not immediately adjacent to the unit, and it is not audible from the bedrooms, so it should not impact rest or sleep. It is also worth noting that your stay took place during Holy Week, one of the busiest periods of the year, and construction activity was reduced for a significant portion of that time. The project is expected to be fully completed for the next season starting in 2027, at which point this will no longer be a factor. I also want to mention that I was traveling during those dates, which may have impacted my response time. That said, this is not an excuse, and I take full responsibility for ensuring proper coverage and communication at all times. We are proud that our previous reviews consistently reflect a 10/10 experience and note that the property is delivered as described. While we respect all feedback, this experience is not representative of the standard we consistently provide. We truly value your feedback and, as a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to offer you a discounted rate should you decide to give us another opportunity in the future. Best regards, Stefano

Great location to explore Bucerias! The apartment was great! Went to the upper pool in the morning and the lower pool in the evening. It was very warm so we used the air conditioner to get a break and then continued exploring. Everything we needed was there - washer & dryer, plates & utensils, pots & pans, towels, etc

The unit was wonderful! It is small, but not an issue as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Nicely furnished and comfortable. It was fun having the elevator open into the unit. We did experience issues with the water treatment plant on the other side of the canal, which resulted in days of foul smelling sewage. While this is no fault of the condo, I am sharing for awareness to others. We also had to supply our own paper towels and toilet paper. Again, not a problem, but for others to know about. Unit wasn’t ready until after 4pm, but had been advised it would be ready at 3pm. The pools, views and proximity to all things in Bucerias will have us back again!

This is a must stay property

This place is great all around. Proximity to great restaurants, staff, pools, ocean access and everything else. Next year we are hoping to stay for 2 weeks and will do it at this property. The owner is so helpful and very responsive.

Perfect location!

Had a wonderful time here. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the wifi and the key(less) entry, everything went smoothly. We would book again.

The best host and property in Banderas Bay!

If I have to describe this stay in one word will be outstanding, since the check in my host Stefano, took care of every detail about my stay, his service was no doubt 5 stars, the condo was super nice, clean, spacious, and the view was breathtaking, definitely a place I will recommend and would love to stay again!

Small condo. Large patio. Our favorite was the rooftop pool with surround views of the town and beach. Right downtown beside the markets. Can be noisey at night. Apartment small but large closet space in each room. Large shower. Comfortable beds and wondershshower

Great stay

Loved th contemporary new condo. Right on th beach with 2 pools..roof top pool was were we spent most of our time. It’s very nice. Good location on th south end. Although 2 beds & 2 bath th condo is small & wouldn’t want to stay with more than a couple.

Worth a look!

Stephano was an excellent host, we had a few minor issues which were dealt with immediately. The condo is beautiful. The roof top pool is amazing. This was our first time in Bucerias and we found it very noisy. Some sort of festival was taking place with loud music blaring to the wee hours of the morning. But over all the condo was very nice, lots of good restaurants within walking distance and of course beautiful beaches

Fantastic

This lovely apartment is comfortable, clean and compact. It was a good size for two people. It is perfectly positioned right in the centre of town and on the beach. Easy access to shops and cafes. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need. The check in was easy, just a simple instruction from the owner. The fingerprint key method works well mostly, but if it does not work there is a back up key card as well. The complex has two pool areas, one on the roof and one at ground level. Both areas have beautiful pools with excellent quality furniture and umbrellas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

LOVE this new vacation spot--RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!

This new building is just beautiful. We may have been the first ones to stay in this unit. Though it has a few kinks to work out, it was absolutely perfect. The pools are even more beautiful than the picture. We spent many sunsets at the lower pool, and the upper pool was a quiet oasis for reading a book during the day. The staff are all extremely nice and enjoyable! The unit itself has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The view of the ocean is very nice, though not straight on. The picture is very accurate. Two bathrooms made it very convenient. Everything is new, from bedding to towels, etc. I strongly recommend this beautiful condo on the beach. The location is something we look for every year. It is minutes to walk the Mexican market or to walk to 20 restaurants or more, for live music, great food and fun. GREAT vacation!!!
