Just minutes from the Peak 8 base area and Historic Downtown Breckenridge on the free shuttle route, this condo offers location, comfort, and shared hot tub access. Your family and friends will have a fantastic time!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, ground-floor condo unit is cozy and comfortable; it’s a smart choice for groups of up to four guests. The living area features an electric fireplace and a flat-screen TV for catching the game or the morning snow report. The fully equipped has all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and meals when you’re not exploring Breck’s great dining options! The dining table seats four.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, shared hot tubs and a private ski locker. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved the feel of this place! It was cutely decorated with a classic Colorado feel. The rental was dated, but still had everything we needed. We enjoyed coming back to a warm, cozy place each day. Unfortunately, sleep was tough as the people upstairs were so loud, it sounded like elephants stomping so early in the morning and throughout the day. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is cute and clean. The location is ideal for getting to the gondola or shuttle! Our biggest complaints were that it was very hot and it says to open the windows but we were on the first floor and there was construction outside early in the morning so that wasn’t ideal. The other was that the bed was not the most comfortable. It was however one of the most reasonable as far as cost goes so that helps!

I even recorded it at the request of the management company. It was like a tapping sound.

Great Place to stay! The location is perfect!

The place and location is perfect. The jacuzzi was literally a few steps away. The jacuzzi was great after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be contacting the company again to stay.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Could use a little updating in the kitchen. We loved that there was a hot tub on site. There was easy access to a bus stop outside the complex that took you into town so we wouldn’t have to find parking. The location was perfect!

Fully enjoyed stay

Very decent condo, separate toilet & shower from sink; kitchen filled with basic materials for cooking; quiet; 10 walk to peak 8 or bus goes uphill every 15mins. Hosts are responsive, eager to please, and accommodating. Parking has been available easily.

What welcomed us was a filthy toilet. I yelled out to my partner omg forgot to flush the toilet. it looked like fecal material in toilet. When I flushed, encrusted brown material in the toilet. Of Course I photographed the toilet. I asked people who are living there if they had the same experience, they rented out the unit, toilets totally clean.I knew when we arrived at the front door. The place might be slightly disgusting. The front door which I photographed was a mess. It looked like a slum dwelling. happy to share photosThere’s so much more...I’m going run out of characters. I’ll just keep on going here ... the bedroom ... cheap vinyl, plastic blinds . Someone had their lights directed right into the bedroom, flooding the bedroom with light at 3 AM in the morning so mad trying to block the glare that I couldn’t go back to sleep.washer/ dryer in the unit, the dryer had this like brown Matter stuck onto it. We didn’t realize until we took our clothes out.No amenities. No creamer for the coffee no place to get coffee in the morning. Other than from the unit and no regular coffee missing there. Even the Jacuzzi area toilet had a dirty ring around it , The unit is shabby and desperately needs an update.They asked me for my photograph when I booked.. bad frizzy hair day, I told my partner, we’re going to get a ****** room because of the way I looked. He thought that was ludicrous being a logically bent architect (myself being a former college professor) . I think there was some discrimination involved with the assignment of this disgusting room, but I was not surprised Difficult to compose on an iPhone so might be grammatically awkward in parts but again really would like to share photos. Many friends knew of our trip & loved advertised photos...b
