Perfect Location! - Main St. Breck - Across from Gondola

You absolutely cannot beat the location! The quiet end of Main Street, downtown Breckenridge! Right across the street from the gondola. Be at the base of Peaks 7 or 8 in less than 10 minutes from the condo! The bus depot is also right across the street, next to the gondola, and has shuttles to all the Breckenridge mountain bases as well as buses to Keystone, A-Basin, Copper and the nearby towns of Frisco and Silverthorne.

This location is so much better than ski in/ski out and the perfect place for summer mountain biking and hiking too! Being only 40 odd yards from the Gondola AND in downtown Breckenridge, you absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to restaurants, bars, shops, etc.! You're right next to The Cantina restaurant and across the street from the Blue River Bistro and Daylight Donuts restaurants.

Although the complex has no amenities the Breckenridge Recreation Center is within walking distance. It is a state of the art recreation center with hot tubs, a pool, tennis courts, weights, etc.

The unit has hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless/black appliances, 48-inch Smart Television, electric fireplace, queen-size platform (no bar!) sofa sleeper, queen-size bed in the bedroom with pillow top mattress, and a separate dinning area. Unit will sleep four comfortably!

Great location!

Great location for skiing and restaurants. It's an older property but well maintained. Although the smell of weed from an adjoining property was strong for a couple of nights, even with a purifier. Owner was quick and responsive when contacted.

Great ski in/out at Breck

I had a great time staying here with a friend for a snowboarding trip. I took a United flight that had a bus connection to Breckenridge. The property was down the street making it very easy getting there without a car. It was great how close it was to the Gondola. I would def recommend stay again in the future.

Great location

Perfect location and so close to gondala and walking to all the establishments. Note that this is a place for two people, not 4 as it would be very crowded. Also if you like natural light in the living area, this place is a bit dark. Jennifer was very responsive and a good host.

Oktoberfest visit

We visited in early September. No skiing but otherwise a nice time to visit. Great weather. Nice size for two people. Very quiet building even though it is right on the edge of all of the restaurants, bars, and shops. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Cozy, comfortable and close to everything

“Perfect location” is absolutely accurate. The place was literally across the street from Christy ski rental and 5 min walk to the gondola. Plus close to all the shops and restaurants. It’s small but had everything we needed. Everything worked, the owner sent clear instructions and was available for our questions. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Excellent Location

Very nice Condo just a block away from the Gondola. Besides everything you'd expect in a condo, the pantry was filled with things like coffee, hot chocolate, condiments etc. Great when you're only there for 3-4 days and don't have to buy a whole can of coffee, bottle of ketchup or Mustard, etc. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!

Perfect size condo for a week in Beautiful Breckenridge! Right on Main Street so all the shops, bars, and restaurants are within walking distance. Gondola is right across the street for easy access to the mountain. Condo had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable! Jennifer is very responsive and accommodating as well. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Great location, well stocked, clean, cozy & comfortable!

The location of this condo & the amenities are great. If I decide to go back next year for a long term stay this would be my FIRST choice! Across from the gondola and easy walk to everything one could need. Landlord is wonderful to work with. My daughter & son-in-law who have a little one and have lived in Breckinridge, dropped me off and loved it too saying they will stay there when they return to Breckinridge! Thanks for making the end of my awesome vacation so comfortable!

Location, location, location!

Jennifer's place is spot on for a super convenient place for hitting the slopes or cruising the town. It accommodates 2 people very efficiently. Plenty of staples are stocked in the pantry, making for an easy meal prep. Jennifer was prompt and professional with all correspondence. A pleasure to work with.

Great Location and Property

The property was totally as advertised, right on Main St. within a couple of blocks of everything. The condo was clean, had about everything I needed (including a comfortable bed), and was basically very quiet (which I appreciated). I forgot to take my hearing aids when I left, but the host texted me and is shipping them. I hope it's available when I plan next years 4th of July trip to Breck.

Cozy Condo

we have been coming to Breck for years and we found this condo very comfortable and the location couldn't be better, short walk to Gondola, right on main street where all the shops, restaurant and Night life. この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

It's such an awesome location. We've stayed where we can ski-in/ski-out but then it's a cold walk to town and back. Here it's only a few steps to the gondola (which makes it almost ski-in/out) AND it's only 1-2 blocks to all the restaurants and shops. No more running to get back because we're freezing! It's also an easy drive up to Vail, Keystone, or Copper if we want to ski there a day or two. In summer we love to wander to the nearby hiking trails, museums, and arts district or jump on the bike trail to Frisco just across the street.
