Nice place with lots of space

Came to the area for spring training baseball with friends and family. This place had plenty of room for 8 adults. It was great to have three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The outside covered patio was great space to expand into. The location was close to shopping and eating places, felt very safe.

Spring Training

House is very roomy and very clean. Nice outside sitting area. 15 minute drive to Roger Dean Stadium and other dinning options. If you are a walker, sidewalks all around the area.

Great for a large family

The house was way more space than what we needed but we rented the house for the fenced in yard as we brought our dogs. House was pretty clean, bed was comfortable. You can tell they have recently renovated a few rooms. Fence seems to be in repair, but good enough. Living room TV didnt have streaming or cable. I think the cost was more than the house is worth but I'm thankful we were able to find it on short notice and they were accepting of our large dogs.

Location Location Location …

Great location if you’re in town for Spring Training ! Nice 4 bedroom home. Plenty of room for a group of 6-8. Could sleep 8 if someone wanted to sleep on the large sectional in the living area. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom. 3rd bathroom between other two bedrooms. Easy access for night time visits. Beds not too soft but not real firm. You won’t wake up with a back ache though. Single bed also comfortable. Pillows are fairly soft so bring your own if you want firm. Showers good. Two eating areas. Kitchen is adequately stocked but not a lot of extras. Plenty of dish towels. Had some unexpected construction 2nd day but wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Owner stopped by and apologized and gave us a gift card for dinner. Putting in a circle drive which will be very nice since there is a lot of traffic on the street and sometimes hard to back out of driveway. We left a day early so didn’t get to see finished project. Enjoyed sitting on outside patio. Furniture is comfortable inside and out. Grocery store, liquor store, several restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive on local back streets. No need to get on 95. Will rent again.
