good stay downtown

Cool view, pool nice but can get busy, short walk to Rainey. Maybe a bit too pricey for the size of the room, but you’re definitely in the heart of things on Rainey

Great location!

Great little condo for 2! Had everything we needed! The only thing I wish had been a little better is the communication about $40/day on site parking or paid street parking and we were not able to get an iron otherwise it was great!

Overall this condo and the location was great. Good communication and property as described. Would definitely stay here again. Gave an overall 5 star review but rated cleanliness 4 stars as there were lots of handprints on the windows and crumbs/dust along baseboards/corners. Just felt it was surface clean but not clean clean. A couple of things I would add to make this a more comfortable/convenience stay would be: -more hooks in bathroom to hang towels -pool towels -wash cloths -kitchen hand towels -Kleenex

That was just a bad experience! Had big problems with bathroom and customer service replied with solution: use bathroom in the lobby! Horrible smell at the apartment because of the toilet problem and so much stress! Still no response from management after one week! Avoid this property!!!

The people were firendly. The unit should have had extra blankets for the person who slept on the couch. There was one random "throw" on the back of the couch but that was not very comfy. Another guest left food in the freezer and I called the person who gave me the key to let them know coffess was spilled on the balcony and food was left there but she said "not her responsibility".

Great location

The place itself was incredible - pool was beautiful and location was great. The check in process, however was disappointing. The prop manager texted me to check in at 3 pm. I didn’t arrive until 4 pm. There was no luggage cart to bring bags up and when I finally got to the room at 4:15, the cleaning team was still in the room and the place was filthy. Trash, food on the floor, no vacuuming etc. there is a washing machine but no detergent so bring your own everything including soap for the shower. This snafoo delayed my vacation by a few precious hours.

Amazing!

We had the best time staying here! Very family friendly but also perfect for a couples get away. The condo was new and clean. It had everything that we needed. We had a great view of the river and loved sitting on the balcony. The pull out couch was perfect for the kids. We ended up booking this after our first VRBO booking failed to respond once we got to Texas. BEST thing that could have happened because we stayed here instead!!! It was easy to book and Allan was very prompt to respond. He gave great recommendations for food and fun. The POOL! OMG... THE POOL!!!! Probably the best pool we've ever had. Like out of a movie! I could have spent my whole vacation at the pool! Valet parking is $40 per night, but, like the guys said: it would be almost $30 per night to feed the meters and who wants to do that! Besides that, ALL of the valet drivers were wonderful: kind , helpful, courteous. Dont stress about the parking fee, the rest of the place makes up for it! We would definitely stay again!
