We feature comfortable and CLEAN accommodations with all the furnishings of home. We are 3.5 miles from campus. .25 miles off I 74, 2 miles from Carle hospital. We accept short term guests and welcome longer terms (6 months).

High Speed Internet with an office space included.

Urbana Condo

The rental was very neat and clean. It was very comfortable and had what we needed for cooking and doing laundry and plenty of clean towels. I enjoyed our visit and would stay again next time I go visit my family there. Thank you!

Excellent!

My wife and I needed a month long rental as we prepared to buy a house. This property was an excellent home for us. It's a charming space that feels welcoming when you walk in the door. We'll absolutely recommend this place to family and friends when they come visit. Communication was great and Molly was a great host!

Nice little condo

This condo was nice. We had a place to be to ourselves instead of intruding on family members and crashing on their couch. My husband and I were able to take our precious corgi with us. It was a nice little home away from home.

THE BEST 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo you will find in the area. Seriously. When I renovate a property, I don't just do what is necessary or put lipstick on a pig. I take pride and in it and love the process. This condo is beautiful and meant to restore and relax you. Or just come and have a great time while going to a U of I event or visiting family!!!
