Quaint 2 bed in Champaign

Small home located just west of downtown Champaign. Positioned on a well lit street this stay features a full sized bed, pull out couch, kitchen, and dining room/ office. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

The kitchen comes stocked with all the tools needed for a home cooked meal.. minus the food ingredients.

An adjacent dining room provides space to socialize or guests can set up shop on the desk with dual monitors.

The restroom is minimal yet clean.

The living room has big windows that let in a ton of natural light. This area can be used for enjoying coffee on the couch or pull out the bed for more sleeping room. During pre-check in feel free to request the pull-out bed be made for you. Big louvre blinds are included for occasions when a ton a natural light is not needed.

The main bedroom has a full size bed with a vanity to help guests assemble their thoughts or perhaps their best game face.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. We strolled the next morning for coffee downtown and enjoyed a look at the historic buildings.

The outside of the house doesn’t match the vibes inside - don’t judge the book by its cover! Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Place was very clean. Quiet neighborhood and great location for what I needed. Host was very responsive.

This was a nice little stay while in Champaign. The place was clean and easy to access, the only thing was driveway is tight with our SUV we had but was still accessible to park. Communication with host was very easy and quick. Very convenient location as well! Would definitely stay here again!

The process was seamless from beginning to end. Host was very responsive. House was exactly as described and had all amenities needed. The office set up with monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc., was a perfect touch and much appreciated for working remotely during the stay. Being able to have my furry friend with me was a lifesaver. I would highly recommend this property! Thank you!

Exactly like advertised— cute street, nice accommodations. Our only issue was a plug-in air freshener— we’re very sensitive to smells. Simply unplugged it and set it outside, but the scent did linger.
