Spacious studio at the city

Get cozy in our new modern second home in the city!

We are right in the middle so you can immediately hop on to your chosen transport right outside the building to get to the city spot/s for the day. Be at the Magellan's Cross, Yap-San Diego house, Parian monument or malls like Ayala & Robinsons Galleria in a jiffy.

You can also just stay indoors, take a hot shower and look at the city through floor-to-ceiling windows while having a cup of coffee and chatting with your travelmates!
The space
We are in a brand new building so everything is fresh. Get inspired with black and yellow colors in our place.
Guest access
Guests have the entire space to themselves.
Other things to note
COVID-19 REQUIREMENT. Vaccination cards for all guests are needed. If you don’t have, a medical certificate or brgy certificate will do.

MONTH-or-MORE-STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of electricity bill skyrocketing. To encourage good usage, guests are required to pay half of the electric bill and provide a deposit for this.
