The home is equipped with an espresso machine, which uses specialty pods and is a higher-end option than a standard coffee maker. We had offered to provide pods, and we regret any inconvenience if there was a timing issue. The pool is regularly serviced and maintained by a professional cleaning team to ensure it remains in good condition. Regarding linens, we provide a standard set of towels for the stay, and washcloths are not part of the standard VRBO provision. That said, we take all feedback seriously. We are reviewing communication and small details to make future stays even smoother and more comfortable. We appreciate your feedback and your stay.

The property offers ample parking; however, the owner’s vehicles should have been moved prior to your arrival, and we acknowledge that oversight. Throughout your stay, we proactively checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory, but unfortunately did not receive any communication regarding these concerns at the time. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so issues can be addressed immediately. The pool is professionally maintained on a regular schedule. Regarding the lighting from the locked room, this is due to interior plant care equipment and is not part of the guest space. The bathroom concern does not reflect our cleaning standards. Our cleaning team did not report any such issue, and we are reviewing this internally to ensure consistency. The exterior trash has also been addressed. We remain committed to maintaining high standards and providing a positive experience for all guests.
