The unit was nice but a little worn. Microwave was broken but worked if you shut it gently. Needs better lighting. Was well stocked but furniture worn.

Regarding the A/C, the listing for Bronze Tree 501 clearly states in the written description, in all capital letters, that the unit does not have A/C, and the amenities section also reflects No A/C. We understand, however, that the warm temperatures during your stay may have made this more noticeable and uncomfortable than expected. I’ll also share your feedback regarding the pricing with the homeowner. Rates do vary based on season and demand, but we certainly understand and appreciate your perspective. I was in Steamboat for Run Rabbit Run 100. The location to the start/finish line & my crew was amazing! The condo met our needs.Was a little frustrated with the check in process, was told that we could check in early if the room was clean and to check with Retreatia around noon. I called more towards 2;00 and was told the room was still being cleaned. When I got to the check in a little after 4:00, I asked the gentleman if all was good and we would be abe to get in and he told me the room was not used last night and it was clean and good to go. So not into the white lie but more so when we got to the room the kitchen floor was wet and not clean. I called and a crew came right over to make it right, it did slow plans down but everything worked out.Honesty goes a long way.

Great location

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the location the most. The ski slopes were just down some stairs and across the street, and you could ski back almost to the front door. The kids enjoyed the pool and the room worked well.

There was a switch of Properties Prior to our Stay-But great Stay in the End!

We totally enjoyed our stay, though this original location had to be changed by Retreatia the property management company prior to our stay. They handled everything well and we had a wonderful stay!

Convenient and just what we needed

Our family of 6 recently stayed in a 3BR unit at Bronze Tree. The unit accommodated us comfortably, with direct access to the slopes and was priced right. Just what we needed!

Nice property

The property overall was nice. The indoor hot tub was empty, and the coffee pot did not work. Otherwise, the place we had was all to ourselves.

Location, location, location

All 6 of us loved the unit. Access to mountain was fabulous. Ski locker is clutch. Very clean and everything worked as advertised. We ate in a bunch and the kitchen was great. Definitely a do again.

Comfortable place to stay

Enjoyed it. Beds were super comfortable and everyone had a great time. Not really a ski in-ski out. Convenient to everything and nice to have everyone under one roof. Only suggestion would be if the building would allow keypad entry, would be much better than keeping up with keycards. This may be an HOA thing though and not the property owner. Would stay again.

Perfect spot

This condo is in a perfect location to access everything in Steamboat. There were a few minor issues, but all were resolved quickly and it was very easy to reach someone. I will say that space to unpack your things is limited. There are no drawers except for a single nightstand.

Steamboat in July

Overall the condo was very nice. The 2 BR with the king beds were quite spacious. The BR with the 2 double beds was rather small. Excellent for kids but not necessarily good for 2 adults. The light in the walkway outside of this room made it very bright in the BR and it was difficult to sleep. Black out curtains would help. Luggage racks in all rooms would be a nice amenity. The living area and dining room made it easy to enjoy cocktail hour and meals together.

The unit was hot and uncomfortable even with fans. Very small and crowded rooms. Photos depict different.Bedroom doors would not shut. Light bulbs in bathroom need to be replaced. Dining room chairs hair shed on our clothes. Furniture overall felt dirty.Had we known there was construction noise all day - 12 hours a day - we would not have chosen this area. This should have been disclosed.
