Crystal Shores is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

This has set the bar extremely high for future beach vacation stays. Not only was it steps from the beach, the condo building itself had great options for us if the beach was too cold (workout space, game room, two pools, hot tub, etc).

Beautiful resort! Easy access to beach. Beach was so beautiful and sand was so white and soft. Ocean was clear and beautiful! There were eight of us ladies on this girls trip and all were very pleased! The condo exceeded the pictures online! Parking was great! We were more than satisfied and plan on coming back again!!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Plenty of space and storage for 4 adults and 3 kids. We loved the balcony. 10-15 mins to plenty of food and shopping options. Will stay here again for sure.

This is our third year to stay at this property. We love the location and it's quieter. The sun doesn't always hit the pool just right but it's great when you have gotten too much sun and just need to cool off.

4th Annual Family Vacation with the Grands

The location and Condo were perfect. There was ample room for our family of 7 and the easy access to the beach and beach related activities was idea for keeping our young grandsons entertained. We would definitely book this end unit , (701), again!

Great view and rooms

This condo far exceeded our expectations. Even with the 4th of July crowds, we had an enjoyable time. Location was easy in/easy out. Views from condo and balcony were unbelievable. The storm that blew in made the view even more spectacular with lightning and ambience of the sounds of waves, wind, and rain. Very relaxing.

White Sails

First trip to the Gulf Shores and well worth the trip! We only utilize Premier hosts so we knew we wouldn’t be disappointed. First time we booked early for Spring break so we were fortunate to have great options. We hit the jackpot with White Sails! Great location, amenities and of course beach access. Staff were awesome. Above all love the wrap around balcony and updated unit. We will be back in the near future and will always have White Sails on our mind!

Excellent Property

We stayed in a corner unit that had excellent views of the beach and pool. The unit itself was perfect for the eight of us. It had plenty of room for everyone. The check-in and out process was simple with text messages that told me exactly when I was able to checkin and how to handle check out. We even received a mid stay text asking if we needed anything and who to contact with numbers for after hour emergencies. Would definitely stay again.

First family vacay

Clean, spacious, great beach access. The pool was very nice as well. My kids had a wonderful time as did the adults in my group. A Walmart is close and plenty of amenities in close proximity as well. Be sure to bring beach towels and beach toys for kiddos. Some sand toys were left and that was really nice. I left my kids boogie boards and inner tubes for hopefully someone else to enjoy I was worried about being on the 7th floor but the elevators was fast and efficient and we had no trouble. We will hopefully be back again soon!

Perfect beach getaway

Brought my son and his cousins for spring break. This was those first time on the beach and in the gulf and they are still raving about our condo. Location = perfect (right on beach with stunning views) Condo = perfect (plenty of space, very clean and comfortable) We cooked at lot this trip, and the kitchen was set up just right for cooking. We brought our own oils, spices, etc, there were none provided, but tool/utensil wise there was everything you needed. Highly recommend!

Thanks for your feedback. We understand how frustrating maintenance issues can be and truly wish your experience had been smoother. The elevator outage at Crystal Shores West was caused by an unexpected electrical storm and was out of our control. This was a developing situation, and the resort’s HOA worked hard to get repairs completed as quickly as possible. We’re happy to report the elevators are now fully operational.

In route to our stay, property manager calls to say that the unit is not available because a hot water heater needs to be replaced. And there are no other 3 bedroom units in the building. Our options are to stay at another property in Gulf Shores (not comparable) or in Orange Beach. Or we can find our own. We booked unit at the same t

During our pre-arrival quality inspection, we discovered the issue and had to replace the unit, which was unexpected. We truly appreciate your flexibility while we arranged for you to stay at another condo for two nights while the replacement was completed. In addition, we worked out compensation, covered your parking fees, and extended your stay at no cost. We strive to go above and beyond to ensure our guests have the best possible experience, even in the face of unexpected property care issues. The Condo was beautiful and we had a good time only the first day. Then, whoever rented the condo next door smoked marijuana (pot) every single day and night so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony. We reported to the manager and they didn't do anything about it. The only thing they said was for us to call the police like we were going to do that and then have a chance to get shot at for reporting. We have rented other condos and never had that happened. We were very disappointed. Also, we found under the kitchen sink a bucket with dirty water with the fire extinguisher inside the bucket. We reported it and they came tow days later to let us know that there was a problem with garbage disposal. Thank goodness we didn’t use it.
