This welcoming warm home is located on beautiful Lake Keowee on a quiet cove, making it great for swimming, floating or fishing. With plenty of room for family and friends there are three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs.
The Space:
The main level of this home offers a bright open floor plan to welcome everyone. It has great views of the lake and mountains from just about every angle of the main level. Gather in the screened in porch with a gas log fireplace and television for watching your favorite sports team. Venture downstairs and find another great hangout with three TV’s and a kitchenette with bar seating and a pool table. The home's proximity to Clemson University makes it a great choice for visiting your Clemson student or going to games.

Bedroom 3: King bed
Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Bedroom 5: 2 Double and 2 single beds
Other Things to Note:
Please no parking on the grass or in the cul-de-sac. If you have a trailer please put it in the garage (HOA rule) or Sunset Marina ($10/day).
Owner's boat stays in the slip and guests are welcome to tie up to the side.
