Located on beautiful Lake Keowee

This beautiful waterfront home on Lake Keowee is a great place for a family vacation. The home features top of the line appliances, quartz counter-tops and all the latest upgrades. The home has four bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom has two queens, and their is also a private alcove with twin bunk beds for kids. On the main floor we have two large firplaces with gas logs. On the patio, we have a fire pit which is perfect for toasting marshmallows.
The home is located on the southern end of Lake Keowee in an upscale neighborhood consisting of million dollar homes. This neighborhood consists of just 26 properties and is surrounded by 32 acres of conservatory land owned by the neighborhood. The majority of the neighbors live there year round so the HOA has a QUIET TIME beginning at 10:00 pm and NO PARKING ON THE STREET, GRASS, or CUL DE SAC.
At the lake, we have an over-sized covered boat deck and deep water (15 + feet) all year long. On the shore, we also have a 10 by 20 foot deck area that remains shaded most of the day. For fun we have four kayaks, a foosball table, a ping pong table, and 50 inch large screen TV. There is a second TV above the fireplace in the family room.
Things to do within five minutes of the house: minature golf, go cart racing, batting cages, spa treatments, antiquing, and ice cream.
Things to do within ten minutes: medical facilities in downtown Seneca, at least twenty great restaurants including Italian, Greek, Japanese, Mexican, steakhouses, barbeque, and pizza. At lease three great antiques malls, flea markets and shopping centers.
Golfing at three local country clubs. Clemson offers additional shopping, eating, and recreational opportunities.
Things to do within 30 minutes: Heading north and/or west will bring you into the wilderness of the Appalachian mountain area which offers a wide range of recreational activities including hiking, waterfalls, fly fishing, rafting, and kayaking on the Chattouga River, apple picking, zip lines, horse back riding and many more activities. For 2025 inquire about multiple week/extended stay discounts.

This home is beautifully designed and decorated. We loved every detail, especially the 'outdoor rooms' that face the lake- the screened in den and dining area were beautiful and comfortable with great views. The kitchen is a dream- I want this at my house!! We only had 5 of us there, but can't wait to return with our daughter and her husband as well... maybe one day with grandkids, God willing! The downstairs is perfect for multiple kids and families. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

The pictures do not do this house justice. We were all floored by our initial walkthrough. Extremely well stocked, and our family of 10 easily had dinner and game nights with plenty of room for everyone. The water is 30 feet deep right off the dock and a great spot for floating in the shade after a day of boating. Can't recommend enough!

Perfect Location on the South End of the Lake close to Everything!

This house is the perfect place to rent do to its location alone, then add in how nice it is! Wow what a great stay we had with our family. My son had some friends from college stop in and we had a great time on the lake. We went to 2 different restaurants in Walhalla which is super close. We had ice cream at Handles in Clemson. There is a ton to do even if you don't like being on the water. The dock was perfect for our wake boat and jet ski. Literally couldn't be a better place to stay. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning works well keeping the entire house cool. Loved it!

Lake House Retreat

Well stocked, spacious, and comfortable lake house! Spent most of our time between the large kitchen, screened in porch/dining room, and the dock. Had our kids visit from CU for family dinners. Weather was hot so we spent our free time floating in the lake with the noodles provided. Lots of master bedrooms which was very comfortable for all the adults. Would definitely go back.

Great spot for Gameday

We loved this house!! There was plenty of room for extended family to enjoy and the location was perfect for a Clemson game. Amazing kitchen for cooking, great outdoor living space, large dock, and communicative and welcoming hosts. We had a great stay!

Wonderful Lake Front Home

We rented Tim and Tammy's lake front home for my husbands 70 birthday celebration. Our daughters, son in laws, grandsons, and my husbands brother joined us. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could ask for. We loved the kitchen and both screened in porch areas. View of the lake was awesome, boat dock and lake so nice. The lake water is so clean and clear. Our grandsons loved the ping pong and fooseball tables, the kayaks, and most of all fishing from the dock. We all sat around the firepit at night relaxing and of course had Smores! Beds were comfy, linens really nice. Tim and Tammy were the best hosts, and left us a really nice welcome bag! Cant say enough nice things and hope to go back sometime. Thank you Tim and Tammy for allowing us to celebrate a big birthday in your beautiful home.

Fantastic outdoor space

The house was stunning. We loved all the common areas and outdoor spaces for our family to do things together. Most of all the large screened in porch was a favorite both morning during the day in the evening. Sit around the table for games.

Clemson Family Football Weekend

The house was beautiful with a nice lake view and good location approximately 20 minutes from Clemson. There was plenty of common space in the open kitchen and family room area including the screened-in porch for entertaining. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The trip was terrific to bring our family together for a football weekend and the house was wonderful.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Tim and Tammy's lakehouse was everything we had hoped for. It is comfortable, restful, and well supplied. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor room for our family of 10, that included adults, infants, and young children. We can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a great family vacation.

Amazing time at the lake!

This is a beautiful property at a stunning location. The owners, Tim and Tammy, are the nicest people and stayed in touch with us in case we needed something all through our stay. Minimum check out duties (practically none actually). Lots to do: swimming, kayaking (owners allow to use theirs), hiking in the area, board games available…we had a fabulous time! The house is stocked with everything you’ll need for at least 11 people.

Amazing Home - Beautiful Vacation

Our family stayed at Tim and Tammy's place for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. The place is absolutely beautiful, and has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed every meal out on the screen porch dining table, and coffee in the morning out on the porch was spot on too! The back patio was a great place for corn hole, and we had a fire in the fire pit one night. The house was very clean. Tim was very accommodating with any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying at their place, rating them as 25 out of a rating system of 1-10! It was perfect.

Christmas / NewYears Getaway 2022

Property directions and address was easy to find. VRBO description was accurate and as expected. The only exception was the refrigerator was on the fritz however our host/owner Tim bought a replacement that sat in the kitchen sort of in the way. No Icemaker, however, with the low temperature not much required. A supply of firewood for the fireplace on the porch would have been a plus. Family all had a great time fishing and using the kayaks and hiking. Overall, we all had a very enjoyable week. We didn’t need much, and our host was forthright and accommodating.

Fantastic Stay

The house was more gorgeous than it even looked in the photos. The hosts were incredibly helpful and were available any time to answer questions. The house perfectly suited our needs as a group of 11.
