Pristine Downtown 1-Bedroom Steps from State House

Enjoy your stay in the heart of Annapolis's historic district, steps away from the Maryland State House and a few minutes walk to the Naval Academy (6 mins), downtown waterfront (4 mins), shops on Maryland Ave (2 mins), and West Street (7 mins).

This is a historic home built by Eleanor Hepburn, the cousin of actress Katharine Hepburn. Look out for the "EH" on the door.

It has been newly renovated from top to bottom and has everything you need for a short- or long-term stay!

One-bedroom ground-floor apartment with a comfortable full bed, a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.
All rooms include darkening shades.

This apartment is completely private and has its own entrance. Limited street parking permits are available on request.
Please know that there is some noise in the area during the day as we are located right in the heart of Downtown Annapolis.

Perfect 1BR in DTA

Our family loved having this as a short-term rental to visit our midshipman and give him the ability to relax off campus. The owners were communicative and amazing to work with for the entire 3 months! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

This home is in a great location-a quick walk to downtown and the Naval Academy. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Awesome location, updated, and clean

The location is amazing. Tons of restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. The apartment was fully updated and clean. The towels are super fluffy!

Superb Property

This property is in a great location, was spotless clean, and we had a great stay. Unload the car, park it at the Hillman garage, and walk everywhere. We will keep this property on our list for the next time we stay in Annapolis.

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Annapolis

Can’t say enough about this property, the host were amazing and got back to us right away and even checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. The location was within walking distance of everything and the actual property was so nice inside and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing location!

This is the perfect location for an Annapolis. The hosts were amazing with communication and the place was immaculate. The area is beautiful and quick walk to all the shops, restaurants and harbor. It was a great stay. I definitely recommend!

Graduation Weekend

We had a great stay! Being so close to St. John's is wonderful. This was our second stay. The hosts are gracious and provide everything that is needed. Perfect for anyone needing avoid stairs. In the heart of historic Annapolis, everything is close!

Perfect Annapolis spot for a couple's weekend getaway

The place was immaculate. It is small, but the space utilization is amazing. It doesn't feel small at all. It is just steps from a dining, drinking, boating, shopping. There was a lot of attention to detail and I would love to stay there another weekend.

Annapolis Apartment

We had never visited Annapolis before, but my husband found this on VRBO, and it was everything it advertised. Super central location; steps from the state house; a very short walk to the waterfront; and not a terribly long walk to the Eastport neighborhood. The apartment is small but comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice touches like toiletries, water bottles, snacks and two splits of chilled prosecco in the fridge! Annapolis was a fun town to explore and if we go back, I’d stay here again.

Super cute, clean place with everything you need. Freshly remodeled. Owners were super nice. Close to everything in Annapolis and walking was easy because it is on the less steep side of the hill. Loved it and will be back

The pictures don't do it Justice. Fine details, spacious, comfortable, most accommodating VRBO EVER for us. Great location. Owners are so nice, informative and take pride in their property. Cute spot in a great location

The one bedroom apartment was just as advertised with cute, modern decor. Any convenience you could need was provided. The space is small but its all we needed for just me and my partner. Shops and the harbor are all in walking distance. The owners were very accommodating and were always quick to respond to messages.

Cozy little apartment in historic Annapolis

This apartment was just perfect for me and my two daughters for our stay in Annapolis. It is right near the capitol building and great walking distance to shops & restaurants, the wharf, and USNA…no car needed. From the listing and location, I was a bit worried about street noise, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The kitchen was well—appointed and the washer and dryer in the unit were great! It is reasonably priced and owners Andrew and Oby were great to work with; very responsive and were able/willing to work with me due to a flight change. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Short get-away

We found the flat to be in a good location for shopping and eating out. Easy access, everything you need was available in the home, and very clean and accommodating. There seemed to be a lot of weddings the weekend we were there, so parking in the afternoon and evening on the street was impossible. There is a nice parking garage 4 min walk from flat which we parked at every evening. The street in front of the flat is not so busy in regards to foot traffic, but some foot traffic in that area is a given. We will stay there again sometime.

Great location and quiet neighborhood

This was our first time trying VRBO and we will definitely stay at this location again. Property owners were very friendly and were quite helpful and quick to respond with any questions. The place has everything you need! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes…you really don’t have to bring anything other than if you planned on cooking any food there. We used the refrigerator but not the oven or microwave. I don’t have any negative comments or any thoughts to improve anything because it really was a great stay! We were within walking distance to everything we needed!

BEST Annapolis find!

Where do I even start? I reserved this place for this week even though it had no reviews since it is new to VRBO. What a treasure it is--and on every category I could imagine! Hosts: Oby and Andrew are simply lovely and welcoming without being overpowering. They really want you to have a good time, and it shows. Location: Can it be any better located? Steps away from the State House, USNA, and the downtown district. The unit: It is clean to the point that I would not expect my own house to be. And suuuuuper well appointed with both perfect furniture (and bedding!) and with all possible amenities. The blue throw blanket on the couch is perfection! The kitchen is particularly well-stocked for a rental. I struggled to identify something it was missing. And these hosts are particularly generous stocking the kitchen with coffee, fruit, and snacks. There is also a basket with all manner of toiletries you may have forgotten, down to good hand lotion. Clearly the place was recently renovated and it is in pristine condition. Oh and did you see the reference to EH on the door. Such a cool touch! I would write more, but I'm off to reserve the place for a second stay. It is truly an oasis of tranquility in a very cool town. Don't pass this place up.
