Villa Guzel stands on a quiet and peaceful hillside overlooking the village of Kalkan. This villa is the perfect spot for anyone wanting a peaceful holiday with their own pool, a rooftop terrace, and a barbecue. Inside, the villa has three bedrooms with beautiful tiled floors and ample wardrobe space and access to balconies with sea views, a fully fitted kitchen, and outside private pool. Six sun loungers are provided on the pool terrace for you to fully soak up the sun. There is a large purpose-built barbecue and a fully furnished outdoor seating area. Only 10 minute walk down to the village and beach and all the amenities the sophisticated village of Kalkan offers, particularly in the evening when Kalkan springs to life with dozens of restaurants and shops.

Wonderful and comfortable villa in Kalkan

We have stayed in the villa before and our return visit did not disappoint. The Villa is as described and the hosts were great at communication from booking and throughout our stay. The Villa can comfortably fit 6 adults with 3 bedrooms on 2 separate floors. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet and all have a fantastic view over the town and out over the sea. Two of the bedrooms have their own balcony too. The Villa also has a washing machine and dishwasher and the kitchen is well stocked with all the expected appliances and there is WiFi. The swimming pool is cleaned every morning and made for great cooling off on the very hot days. We will definitely come to stay again - thank you!

Lovely villa in beautiful kalkan

We stayed for two weeks in this clean and spacious villa on the outskirts of kalkan. The property was exactly as described. Highlights are the views from the upper balconies, the immaculate pool area with very comfortable loungers, very effective air conditioning and great outdoor spaces with summer beautiful plants. The location is great, but there's not much within easy walking distance (we knew that so it wasn't a problem) but taxis are easy to arrange and cost around 3-4 euros each way. The upside is the elevated view over kalkan bay and the striking mountains behind. We also found it easy to order food to be delivered to the villa using the villa eats app. Burcu was incredibly responsive before we arrived and the local property manager was also around each day to help with anything. Burcu was also very flexible about arrival and departure times which made life much easier and was greatly appreciated. In all, we loved our stay here and would definitely consider returning!
