Wake up to breathtaking waterfront views of Lake Tapps in this private, lower-level apartment set in a peaceful, park-like setting. Relax on the patio, grill dinner, and enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the lake—the perfect retreat for couples, families, or outdoor enthusiasts.

This apartment offers self check-in and is completely private and separate from the main residence above. It’s ideally located near Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, Mount Rainier National Park, Kelly Farm, and White River Amphitheater, with easy access to Seattle and Tacoma, making it a great home base year-round.

Inside, the space features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a comfortable living room with a sofa sleeper, and a foosball table for added entertainment. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, electric skillet, and countertop oven, along with a dining area and eating bar.

Step outside to the private patio to enjoy lake views, fresh air, and peaceful surroundings—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Please note: as this apartment is located below the main residence, occasional noise from above may be heard.

Very nice comfortable stay. Enjoyed the view from both the patio and the inside living space. Communication was good with the property manager. Everything needed was taken care of right away.

We stayed here to be close to Fraser Farm for a wedding and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The venue was less than ten minutes away as well as coffee houses, food, and stores. The place itself was clean and beautiful with a memorable view. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio overlooking the lake watching people on their boats and skiing. Even saw someone catch quite a big fish!

Beautiful lakefront property

We had a great time staying at this house. Easy to get to and really comfortable and spacious accommodations. The view is stunning and we loved spending time on the patio. Would definitely plan to stay here again when we visit family in Bonney Lake

Cozy lakehouse apartment with access to kayaks and paddle boards. The lake setting is peaceful and scenic, offering beautiful sunsets and frequent wildlife sightings. The hosts were extremely responsive to all inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. Future guests should expect some bugs and insects, which are typical for lakeside properties, but this didn't detract from our enjoyment. We enjoyed watching the stars on clear nights and appreciated the proximity to local markets and stores. We would definitely recommend this stay as your next getaway!

Cozy weekend stay

This property was perfect for a rainy weekend stay. We loved the cozy touches which included comfy robes and firewood stocked next to the wood stove. Waking up to the beautiful lake views and enjoying the hot tub, which was covered from the rain, were our favorite parts. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location of this property is in a beautiful area of Lake Tapps. The apartment was very clean and updated. The communication with the owner was easy and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay. It was so nice to swim and kayak on the beautiful lake with an amazing view of Mt Rainier. This home has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing get away. Only 5 minutes to Kelly Farm event center.

Well Appointed, Cute and Cozy!

Stayed overnight for my Mother’s Day. The apartment was clean, so cute and very quiet! The sunset and sunrise were beautiful, the decor was cute and I felt right at home . Highly recommend a visit! One of the better vacation homes I’ve stayed at!

Loved staying on the lake.

Perfect for us. It is a basement apartment so you need to go in knowing there are people above you. But it was beautiful with lake view. Enjoyed our stay!
