Getting Around:

• There are two parking spots on the driveway, and a third car can be parked horizontally.

• Do not park on the street or the grass; otherwise, your car will be towed. No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle, equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed through the gate guard.

• There is a limit of 3 hours that cars can stay parked at the clubhouse at 4446 Nirvana Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746.
