Welcome to Big Top Family Vacation Villa, a spacious entire home located inside the popular Solara Resort, a gated resort community just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions and approximately 7 miles from Walt Disney World and Magic Kingdom.

This 9-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom villa is ideal for large families, multi-family groups, sports teams, and guests traveling with little ones, offering room to spread out and enjoy your entire stay in comfort and style.

Great home, so clean and tidy.

The themed rooms for the kids were so cool and unique, not to mention the game room! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils and the ice machine worked great in the fridge. Outside space was perfect! We grilled out and enjoyed the patio and pool. We loved the hot tub to end the busy day.

Had a wonderful time at Jake and Erin’s property!

Their home were very spacious, had lots of rooms to choose from since we only had 8 guests. They were very friendly, extremely responsive and helpful in providing information. I had so much questions & requests and they were very accommodating. When I had a hard time working the thermostat they immediately had someone come in to assist. Neighborhood area were very peaceful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Orlando, and I can't say enough good things about it!

From the moment we booked, the communication with the property manager was outstanding. They were responsive and helpful, making the check-in process seamless. The home itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It provided all the comforts we could ask for. We truly enjoyed the amazing facilities, especially the pool and jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the Solara Resort gym and pool were fantastic! We took full advantage of both during our stay. Everything was well-maintained and enjoyable. I can’t wait to return next year for another wonderful vacation. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Orlando! Worth every penny!

Family Vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation. The house was as advertised, and was well stocked with more than enough towels and supplies. I had to reach out due to a small issue with the hot tub and the response was quick and the issue was quickly resolved. Great service!

Perfect for several families

We had a great stay! The house was so nice, just like the pictures. The AC went out one night in the upstairs and the property manager Russ responded immediately. We had a few families staying and it was the perfect place for a large group. Plenty of dishes, cooking supplies, etc. Highly recommend!

Lovely family holiday

We really enjoyed staying at the big top villa. So much space for our large family, well furnished and decorated to a high standard. The location was great, very close to all parks. We had great service from the minute we booked the villa to the end. If we had any questions or issues we had a reply straight away. I would recommend this villa to family and friends, it was a lovely holiday and we didn’t want it to end.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This was an excellent rental for our large group of family friends. Plenty of large open spaces, enough bedrooms with private bathrooms. Having a second living area upstairs where the kids could hang out was heavily utilized. Pool and arcade rooms were a big hit especially for the kids. House was clean and organized upon arrival. Access to the resort amenities was awesome! We spent several hours every day there. Would recommend this rental to anyone staying in the Orlando area!

Hurricane Milton Safe Haven!

We fled here from Tampa during Hurricane Milton and so glad we did. No large trees in the neighborhood and underground power lines. The power didn’t even blip when a cat 1 hurricane went over us. On top of that: the house is huge, spacious, well laid out, and well maintained. The pool, game room, and pool table offered the kids endless entertainment. We will definitely stay again under better circumstances!! Thank so much for a great stay

Hi! We’re Jake & Erin, from Salt Lake City, Utah. Jake works in IT, and Erin stays home to care for our family — and together, we share a love for travel, quality time, and creating meaningful experiences for others.

You might wonder how a Utah family ended up owning a vacation home in Orlando. The answer is simple: we fell in love with the area. Over the years, we’ve visited Orlando many times and discovered it’s about so much more than just the theme parks — it’s the atmosphere, the joy, and the memories made together.

Our connection to Orlando became especially meaningful during our daughter’s Make-A-Wish trip, when we stayed at Give Kids the World Village. That experience was truly life-changing for our family and helped make Orlando one of our most cherished destinations.

Because we return so often, we decided to purchase a vacation home of our own — and since we can’t be there year-round, we’re thrilled to share it with guests who want to experience the same magic, comfort, and togetherness that keeps bringing us back.
