2 bedroom 1 bath pet friendly home with boat parking fenced yard 1/2 mile to Lake Shelbyville. Has all new appliances and furniture. Nice front porch and large deck in backyard with grill and fire pit!!! Completely remodeled inside and out. Open lot can be used for volleyball court, boat parking or just extra place to let the kids play. Renovation and all new furnishings will be complete by MAY 15TH. Just into for fun on the lake.

Wonderful Home!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was great for us! It was myself, my husband, our two daughters (pre-teen and teen), and two dogs. The house was clean and comfortable and I loved that it was very pet friendly! The house was also very well stocked! We loved the fenced in backyard and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again when in town visiting family!

Perfect home for our long weekend at Lake Shelbyville!

This house is exactly as pictured. My husband and I stayed with our 2 dogs and it was perfect! Had everything we needed. We were in town to go boating and fishing at Lake Shelbyville. The boat landing is very close. The driveway is plenty big to keep your boat. Back yard is fenced, big plus if you have dogs. We sat on the deck in the evenings. Overall great stay and would definitely come back.

Shelbyville Stay-Grandkid Visit

Great house Large backyard - great for our dog and our grandkids loved it. Close to the downtown area. The house was well kept and spacious enough for our needs. We would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Great pet friendly location

Great location, close to local amenities. Nice decor and comfortable beds. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. Tracy was very responsive to any requests. Everything you need for a lake area vacation spot.

Great spot for your family to enjoy the lake and the quaint town of Shelbyville. Our pups loved the large fenced in yard. The mattresses were very comfortable! We made new family memories around the table each night with family game nights. Thanks again for having us!

Newly done..nice decor..our pets LOVED the fenced yard and new deck. Close to several restaurants (MONICALS PIZZA! and Amy’s Cafe) as well as the lake/beach/fishing/activities.

The House is very clean and nicely remodeled and equipped.The only criticism we have:the patio needs a shade of sorts,an umbrella,at the very least.And,while the bathroom is nice remodeled,the shower door makes it impossible not to flood the bathroom every time you take a shower.

Nice!

The house it beautifully decorated and has very comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen is well stocked with nice pans, utensils, dishes, etc. Everything is brand new and so nice. Big backyard with nice deck to sit and have morning coffee or evening cocktails. Location is great, really close to the beach and we stopped at Wade's Butcher for some great meats. Tracy is a great host. Checked in with us a couple times to make sure we were having a nice stay and see if we needed anything. thanks Tracy!

Great location & house

We stayed for a boating weekend. The house is close to everything, restaurants, lake access, trails, park, shopping, etc. We loved having a fenced yard for the dog. Great deck. Quiet neighborhood.
