This a cozy charming home close to Churchill Downs, the Yum Center, the Expo center and minutes from the interstate . The home has a family feel with an eat in kitchen with all the appliances to cook a home cooked meal in. Lovely bedrooms with two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has an en-suite for additional privacy. The home also has a laundry room for your convenience. A side porch to hangout in and a nice big back yard with off street parking.

⸻We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! Tucked in a nice, quiet neighborhood, the property felt super secure and was well lit — perfect for coming and going during our tournament days. Clean, cozy, and comfortable all around. We’ll definitely be back every time we’re in Arkansas for a tournament!

Cute. Nice decor.

It was a nice stay. Very comfy. Clean. Artsy. Problems. Drains in one bath were slooow. I thought the communication could have been better. Not what I’m used to.

Warm and Charming Stay

Absolutely loved this home. Its age gives it character, and the amazing decor gives it modern style. The home was stocked with all the essentials. Communication with the property manager was great. We enjoyed our stay!

Exactly what we needed.

Cozy home that had everything we needed. The shower was my favorite part and was reinvigorating.

Fun House

Located closely to every where we wanted to visit in the city. House has lots of bright colors. Used kitchen appliances without any issues. House was extremely clean.

Cute place to stay!

We enjoyed a long weekend in this very nicely decorated home. It had everything we needed for our stay. Home was clean and spacious and close to everything we were there for. Parking was a bit tight - but we managed. Neighborhood was quiet and seems to be "up and coming" with a mixture of home styles. This one was a gem. I would stay again - and do recommend this rental.

In general the house was as advertised. The only downside was that the thermostat was not working so we didn’t have heat. The owner did have someone get us 2 small space heaters. We also ran out of hot water in the morning. The third person that showered, in the morning, had a chilly shower. Thankfully one person showered the night before.

Lovely place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay...lots of space to be together, or apart! Fully stocked with the basics. Close proximity to the Highland Festival Grounds at KY Expo Center. Monica is an awesome, responsive host! I had several requests and she took care of them!
