The host was great. It was a cute little house. It was well stocked. It even has spices in the kitchen other than salt and pepper. The bed and pillows were amazing way better than the hotel. It was like sleeping on clouds. I have been looking for the perfect pillow and i have found it here. The house is just a walk away from Churchill down the Kentucky derby a neat place to see

The Lilly house fit our needs for the weekend. The house was really close to all the events we did in Louisville. The host was very responsive to a need that we had and corrected it with promptness. We would stay again.

Clean and stocked with all the essentials! House was convenient location to town… as you could walk to shops and the drive to downtown Louisville was brief. I appreciated the great commutation with the host as well. WiFi was also great as both my spouse and I were able to work remotely with no issues.

This was the perfect place to call home after spending all day in the heat at Louder Than Life. It was super close, homey and had a comfy bed. The house was very clean and smelt like flowers. One nit picky thing I noticed was the AC in bedroom had an error code and wouldn't change temperature so it got a lil warm. Other than that, the overall stay kept my partner and I clean, fed and well-rested for the exhausting days we were there.

Quaint house, great location

Fredie was very helpful with a few minor questions concerning the TV. If you are going Churchill Downs, its 2 blicks away. Also, about a mile away, 2 local pubs that are worth the stop. House is just like the pictures, very clean. Hopefully the owner will work on the deck outback. Definitely needs replaced. Will stay here again!

Short Vacay

Property is in a good location for accessing sites, close to Churchill Downs and 10-15 min from downtown. The host was very easy to work with, and check in/out was easy.

Perfect for us loudmouths

My family and I stayed there for the Louder than Life Festival. It was perfect for our needs. We were all comfortable. We knew exactly what we were getting because of the great communication. We travel a lot as a family. The promise of having things we need in the Vrbo isn't usually true. This time it was! We had coffee, snacks, water, you could have baked cookies with what was there. Having necessities and a quick route to avoid traffic to the Kentucky Expo Center was priceless!

The area looked like an unkept University housing area. The house neat and clean. Just what we needed for a short trip. Fredie was prompt on responses.

Overall a great experience

Great stay. Fredie was great to work with. Prompt response whenever I had questions. All linens, towels, and paper products were included so that prevented an emergency run to the store (Although there is a Krogers nearby for any grocery needs). The listing says one bedroom but lists 2 queens. I didn't realize one of them was an air mattress but it was fine for our two night stay. As the title indicates, overall a great stay and very convenient! Would stay here again.

The Lilly House was as advertised - very clean, quiet, comfortable, with all the amenities. Close to Churchill Downs, Highland Festival Grounds, Univ of L'ville, football stadium, etc. Freddie and his wife were fantastic hosts and very nice people. Communicated effectively throughout. We would stay again!!

Awesome Stay

We went to Louisville for along weekend to attend a college baseball game and Opening Night at the Derby. The property was just what we were looking for. The neighborhood concerned me a bit in looking at the street view on google maps, but after arriving it was very quiet and just fine. When we attended Opening Night at Churchilldowns and we Ubered there but our Uber driver was nice enough to tell us that it would be better to probably walk back (it's only a quarter mile) because the Uber cost would be very high. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Fredie was very responsive to the messages that I sent and accomnodated our super late Check in (2 am EST). He left the porch light on for us so that we wouldn't have any trouble finding the place. I would totally reccommend here and when we return to Louisville we will definitely stay again. Especially to go to Churchill Downs. Thanks so much for a nice homey stay!
