**Fall 2025 all new kitchen (including double ovens) appliances, new washer and dryer and a new hot tub!
**May 2026 all new windows have been installed!

This cozy retreat lovingly celebrates all things Utah. There are so many fun Utah decor items that give the townhome so much warmth and comfort. Professionally maintained private hot tub on the deck just outside the main living area.

Large attached 2 car garage that is easily accessed (many garages in our community are in less desirable areas making it challenging to get in and out) with an additional fridge/freezer in case you need more food storage space for a large group. The full size propane grill is stored in the garage. It can be used just outside the garage.

The town home has all new carpeting, flooring, paint and updated baths (the main bath and master bath both of double sinks). Fall 2025 - all new stainless kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and new hot tub

We decorate tastefully for the holidays :)

Community address: 7430 South Wasatch Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, Utah 84121 (no onsite office)

Bedrooms: Retreat to the large, private, upstairs master suite with large closets - the main closet is an enormous walk-in. The master has a NEW king mattress, a big screen TV and comfortable chair.
The owners spent many years in Japan in the 70's...the master suite decor includes many original pieces from their adventures.

One of the main floor bedrooms has a NEW queen mattress, and the third bedroom has two twin beds (with attached bath), the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each of the twin beds can be "bridged" to make one king bed (upon request 48 hours prior to arrival).

Bathrooms: One full bathroom with double sinks and a large garden tub/shower combo is part of the upstairs master suite. One 3/4 bathroom (large shower) with double sinks services the two main floor bedrooms (queen and 2 twins), and one 3/4 bath is attached to the other main floor bedroom (2 twins or king if requested) .

Located at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon , 15 miles from Downtown Salt Lake City. It's a quiet community nestled against the Wasatch Mountain Range for skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.
You can cook delicious meals at home, or walk to the famous Porcupine Grill, Saola (Asian fusion) Eight Settlers Distillery and restaurant, or Alpha Coffee House, or take a short drive to one of the many great restaurants, from casual to five star in the area. Lift House ski shop is also within walking distance.
This condo/town home is so spacious and comfortable.

The community is very unique. The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake County with quick freeway access to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to amenities like the Porcupine Pub, Alpha Coffee, Eight Settlers Distillery and restaurant, 7-11 and The Lift House Sports. The condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another and many are not visible to other units. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans out once a week as we have community dumpsters for trash & recycling.

The UTA Ski bus stop is within 300 yards, there is also a regular bus stop within walking distance for public transportation.
Walk to the Big Cottonwood Park & Ride to get to Brighton/Solitude Ski Resorts. Drive to Park & Ride .5 miles to get to Little Cottonwood Park & Ride to get to Alta/Snowbird.
We do recommend at least a front wheel drive in the winter. Four wheel drive is best however. We do have traction laws in our canyons during many wintry days....you would require chains on a front wheel drive vehicle.

We enjoyed staying at this property with our kids while in town for the national archery tournament. Location was beautiful and ideal. We liked being in walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, etc. Also was close to hiking locations. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot overemphasize how great communication was with Jennifer the property manager. She was very quick with response and very helpful. The condo is very well appointed and located super close to the Cottonwood Canyon resorts. Definitely worth staying at again.

We enjoyed our time skiing in this area. It was great to have so much space. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace after skiing. It was a great way to end the day. The location was perfect-so many great restaurants all very close and a grocery store as well. I appreciate how responsive the management was with questions. We’d love to return! Thank you.

Cozy clean and perfect location!

Enjoyed this condo for its location to Snowbird and Alta but mainly for how cozy it was with a beautiful fireplace and how well-equipped and clean it was. There’s no need for us to look for any other place to stay next time we come to ski!

A great place and fabulous host!

The property was very clean, everything worked, and the beds were really comfortable. The host gave us great information, made sure we got settled in and went above and beyond by mailing some items I inadvertantly left there. Excellent place - would highly recommend!

Fantastic Utah Stay

We rented the condo for our family vacation this year as we had a lacrosse tournament in SLC and decided to spend the week. The property was well located to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and looked exactly like the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to anyone.

Location, location, location

The property is one block from the Big Cottonwood Canyon entrance and a short hop to the entrance to Little Cottonwood Canyon. Groceries and skiing equipment shops are close by. The property is dated but in good condition for its age. The hot tub works great. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. Two open bays in the garage are generous in size. The property management coordinator is exceptional! Jennifer was nothing short of fantastic with communication and needs/requests! She alone makes the property worth staying at.

Towels, bed sheets and paper products

Towels, sheets, pillows must be replace to new and better quality products. And didn't provide enough for the duration of our stay. Also not enough of toilet papers, and all other paper products. Hot tub area could use good cleaning. Otherwise, house was in good condition, nice layout, close to the description.

I'm sorry you felt this way about the paper products. There were several packs of toilet paper and paper towels. It is enough for most of our guests. You arrived at the property very early, and we did allow a very early check-in (without any notice) so you could get ready for a wedding. We had mentioned that we had not been able to inspect the condo before your very early arrival and to let us know if there were any issues as you wanted to get in early. We did not hear from you about any problems with linens or paper products. This is why we normally do not allow early check-ins unless we've had time to inspect. We have been replacing pillows and linens and just replaced the king and queen beds with high-end mattresses.

Beautiful condo and beautiful area.

We had a family member at Huntsman Institute for 5 days and Jennifer’s condo was perfect for family that was in and out. The 215 was so close so the trip to the hospital was 20 minutes at most. The unit was very clean. New carpet, new paint, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds a warm hot tub (unfortunately didn’t get used this time) and very roomy. We had lots of family in town so one evening there were 12 people sitting around eating and visiting and there was plenty of room. One thing that is important to me is the area. This area is very nice, we felt very safe. The complex is clean and well kept and so beautiful! We took walks around the complex in the evenings, it was quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed after a day at the hospital. Check in was extremely easy and Jennifer was quick to respond when needed. We’ll be back for fun next time!

We are native to Utah. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. The photo is us in Moab, UT on the Colorado River (with our spunky daughter, Avery)

Because of my experience with vacation rentals, affiliation with the outdoor sports industry and local knowledge I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable, fully stocked, better maintained, and of course, MORE FUN!!!

Location! This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights).

There are several things that set our properties apart.
**We take pride in the ownership/management of our properties. We value your business and want to make it more personal. We've stayed in many vacation rentals and have found many to be "too sterile" and unwelcoming - no personal touches. We want our guests to feel like friends and be comfortable in their "home away from home"
**We have at least 5 different types of pillows in each condo as not all guests like the same type of pillow.
**Each mattress and pillow have protectors that are laundered frequently.
**Our rugs and blankets are laundered frequently as well.
**Our spices and cooking essentials are plentiful and refilled or replenished as needed.
**We offer many books, maps and literature on local things to do as well as our personal 'local' recommendations.
