Convenient Mountain Retreat at the Canyon Racquet Club

Location! Location, Location!
Come enjoy our comfortable and lovely home, located at the base of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Our home is managed by Stacey, who lives at the Canyon Racquet Club. She is very attentive and will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during your stay.
Our condo is 20 min from the Solitude and Brighton ski resorts in Big Cottonwood Canyon, and Alta and Snowbird ski resorts up Little Cottonwood Canyon.
Three other ski resorts- The Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley are easily accessed 45 min away.
Vaulted ceilings give this 2,200 sq ft condo and open, spacious feeling. After a full day of skiing and exploring all that the SLC area has to offer, you will find our private covered hot tub, comfortable beds, and gas fireplace just what you need to relax and revive. We have high speed Xfinity wifi, a large screen Smart TV in the living room, and a TV in two of the four bedrooms.
Our spacious, well appointed kitchen has modern appliances, a large dishwasher, and everything you should need to cook with.
The first bedroom, upstairs, has a king bed and an on suite bathroom.
The second bedroom, also upstairs, has has a queen and a twin bed.
The third bedroom, on the mid/kitchen level, has a queen bed and and on suite bathroom.
The forth bedroom has a queen bed.
There is a portable crib for families needing one.
This beautiful home is ideal for a family, or a group of friends here to enjoy the mountains and enjoy the convenience of all that the area has to offer.

The condo had a poor layout and an unpleasant odor. The furniture was uncomfortable, which made the stay less enjoyable. Unfortunately, the property manager was difficult to work with and communicated poorly. Our reservation was canceled after payment was made and only reinstated after a challenging conversation. At checkout, the interaction was aggressive and unprofessional.I would not rent this property again and would not recommend it to others.

The host was very welcoming ! The home had everything we needed. She went above and beyond when we were having issues with a tv. Everything was clean and easily accessible. The area was perfect! At the bottom of Big Cottonwood canyon which is beautiful. Will def be back!

The house is in an excellent location. Everything was clean and in working order. Three nice bedrooms that work for adults and the fourth would be perfect for kids. Plenty of living and visiting space and a very nice and peaceful hidden patio with a hot tub. The host was wonderful and helpful as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Good house at great location and with Jacuzzi , but some issues with heating, some rooms are too hot while other are too cold .Great communication with the owner

Great place centrally located to skiing

Enjoyed this location for the family to go skiing together. The unit was clean and the property manager was quick to respond to my questions. There were some good restaurants nearby too!

Great skiing location

The condo is in a great location for access to Big (Solitude & Brighton) and Little (Alta & Snowbird) Cottonwood Canyons. Property was clean and kitchen well equipped for a rental house. Not luxurious but everything one needs for a great ski trip.

Utah Ski trip at Big Cottonwood Canyon

The condo was fantastic. Besides the great location, it was the most well-stocked VRBO unit I have ever stayed in. Our host Stacey was also the best we have ever experienced! We only had one minor issue with a coffee-maker which she replaced within an hour! This was a wonderful experience and we will be back. Oh yes, the snow and skiing was amazing!

Great stay in Cottonwood Heights

This property was amazing for our two families of friends from WA and FL who came together for a week of friendship and skiing/snowboarding. Stacey was quick to respond to questions, had great recommendations for restaurants and in room massage therapists. As a group who cooks in more than eating out, this kitchen was well appointed for our needs, including a great number of spices and cooking basics. For dining, the kids ate at the table in the kitchen and the adults at the table in the den each of which could seat 4 people. The beds were comfortable and the den spacious enough for all 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) to gather for games, puzzles and movies. Be aware that both bathrooms are inside two of the bedrooms which was not a problem for our party, but may pose an issue for others. The convenience to the Big and Little Cottonwood mountain resorts, restaurants, and grocery stores makes this an ideal property for large families and groups. We certainly had an amazing experience at this property and with Stacey that we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family ski trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this Cottonwood Heights property! Super close to Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird. We especially LOVED the hot tub. The house was fully stocked, including laundry detergent! There are actually 4 bedrooms! Worked perfectly for our family of 6! We had 4 adults and 2 children. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location for skiers

We had a great trip to SLC and the condo was so conveniently located to all the ski mountain. The house was perfect, there was even an extra bedroom! The hot tub was perfect to have after a day of skiing.

Excellent Location

An amazing location if you’re skiing Alta/Snowbird or Brighton/Solitude. About a 15 minute drive to either pair. The presence of a garage was very nice and with two parking spots a bigger group could stay without too much hassle. The property itself is located in a small condo community which seems clean/safe. There are only 2 bathrooms which is fine and accurate to the listing, but both bathrooms are located inside of two of the bedrooms. Maybe not an issue depending on the group, but if someone in a room not including a bathroom needs to go in the middle of the night they are coming through your room. On-site washer and dryer work very well, kitchen is adequately stocked. Having a hot tub is a nice way to end a long day on the slopes.

Perfect Location for skiing both Canyons

Can’t beat the location if you want to ski Brighton/Solitude or Alta/Snowbird. 20 min drive to all of them. Nearby ski rentals, grocery store, and restaurants. Recommend Porcupine Grille. Nice hot tub two steps out the back door. Plenty of space for family of four. Well stocked kitchen. Fireplace did not work and they did. It address trying to fix it. That is only complaint.

Great location and very clean ski house

We had 4 adults and one eleven-year-old, and the bedrooms worked out well for us. Both bathrooms are attached to the 2 main bedrooms — so if you have a non-family member in the 3rd or 4th bedroom it could be awkward using bathroom at night (going through) their room! Great kitchen with plenty of plates, cups, & cooking utensils. Big washer & dryer was nice for stinky ski clothes. Hot tub was private and held 3 people comfortably. Gas fireplace had an issue with on/off switch so we just lifted pilot light each time we used it. Annoying, but minor. Overall, you cannot beat the Cottonwood location, cleanliness, and space for the price. We had a great time!

Condo was fine and in a great location

The condo was generally fine, and very convenient to skiing. One significant issue however is the lack of a common bathroom. Since the two available bathrooms are within bedrooms, the people not staying in those rooms must go into other people’s rooms to use the bathroom/shower. This is obviously odd if you ate not all family.

Great getaway!

This was a great property for me and my kids. I was looking for something that would provide enough room that the three of us could do our own thing while we were there after a busy day, and it was perfect! The kids had their own space so they weren't on top of each other or me. We used the hot tub a couple times, which was awesome. The property was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all linens and towels, shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, paper towels and TP, and all the dishes and cooking implements I needed. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for me!! Keypad access was great too, since I wasn't sure exactly when we would arrive-- no bugging anyone for keys. The rental is in a quiet neighborhood of condominiums that is within minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and hiking. Communication with Stacey was always good. She reached out prior to our trip to provide information and answer questions, and she contacted me on the morning that we left. She was always accessible, and responses were always fast. I will definitely consider renting here again!!

Great condo at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon

This condo had everything we wanted. It is close as you really can get to the 4 Cottonwood ski resorts and not be in the canyons themselves. It was very comfortable, clean, quiet, modern with private hot tub. Owner/Caretaker left super helpful information. Highly recommend.
