Great vacation spot!

We stayed in this home during the week of thanksgiving. It was clean, had plenty of space for family, and a fun arcade cabinet. The location was centrally located, so we were close to everything we wanted to do. There were also great suggestions for things to do and restaurants left by management. We would totally stay here again!

Rented this house for an extended stay. Perfect space for our family with 3 bedrooms and a nice sized backyard! Close to the beach, and Seminole is a great small town to stay in. The house was well stocked with supplies, and we had no issues during our stay.

Family Trip

We all had a great time during this trip. The kids loved the bunk beds, the back yard and the playscape. The house has a great layout and is very comfortable and clean. Location is also great. Minutes to Maderia Beach!

Excellent Family Friendly VRBO

My family was very happy with our VRBO. Super kid friendly and perfect location, close to tons of beaches and amazing restaurants. Property was very cute and clean. My kids loved the big back yard. Host was nice and very organized. We will be booking again!

Enjoyed our stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was wonderful! The only complaint we had was related to cleanliness. The house was very dusty and the dishes needed to be run through the dishwasher prior to being used.

Great Stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Great location to the beach only a 5 minute drive! The play set in the back yard was great for my 2 year old it kept him entertained anytime we weren’t out! House was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pots and pans need to be updated. They are not in the best condition and we didn’t have enough to make dinner for our family. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Excellent for Family!

From the comfy furniture, to the well-equipped kitchen, to the outdoor play set, to the awesome beach supplies, this house had it all! The beds were super comfortable, the bonus indoor play room was perfect for my grandson and his cars. The fenced back yard provided safety and fun. Being less than two miles to the beach, shopping, and restaurants makes this home away from home just about perfect. We so enjoyed our Thanksgiving with grandchildren. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Great home in a wonderful area!

We were in town for the big Gasparilla gymnastics meet at Tropicana Stadium. The home was an easy drive to and from the stadium (maybe 30 min), and we were also right in the middle of a great area that felt very safe. Publix was a mile away, along with plenty of other shopping/restaurants. Plus you're very close to several beaches. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and the old school arcade game was a HUGE hit with our boys. Would definitely rent again!

Spring Break

Everything was as listed. It was a nice clean house in a safe neighborhood. About 1 mile from a running and bike trail, easily accessible by sidewalks. Other than some minor standard homeowner house malfunctions, everything went smoothly. The owners were fast to respond and do their best to fix any issue and tell you a timeline. Would come back again.

I was the girl sleeping on the pull out couch in the family room. The bed was so uncomfortable ( metal bars in my back all night long). I would not rent this home again unless a new mattress replaced it. . The home needed a power washing on the front walkway,sidewalk and front porch to spiff it up. The master bath could use more towel hooks and a bar in the shower would be nice to hold to prevent falling . The water pressure was very low ( perhaps because the shower head was SO far above our heads .

Angie has been a licensed realtor and home stager/interior designer for over 15 years. Emil and Angie manage their own vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida and love everything about the vacation rental business.
