Welcome to our Bay Haven Breeze where you can bask in the beautiful Gulf Coast when you and up to 6 family and friends vacation at Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. This house is newly renovated that offers upgraded modern amenities. Within 3 minutes drive from your doorstep, you can be dodging gentle waves and wiggling your toes in silky sugar-white Gulf sands.

Please note that the minimum age requirement to book this property is 25 years old. Our maximum capacity is 7 people. We do have available 3 parking spaces. Our State license number for short term rental is DWE6218039. Our County certificate number is STR25-00043. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Stress Free Vacation

The overall experience of this house really made the end of each day stress free. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids to each have their own space. The kitchen is huge which made making meals a breeze for the whole group. The hosts are super communicative and friendly! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place near the beach to stay here. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Clean, convenient and spacious

This property was described exactly as it is. This was our first VRBO experience. The house was very clean, had everything we needed (dish soap, beach towels, one floatie, paper towels, laundry soap…). Having all that was awesome as we didn’t have to make an extra stop for anything. The front and back are lit nicely so I felt very safe there. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Awesome house with all the facilities and very kind host

Our stay was fantastic! The house was impeccably clean and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. Its proximity to Reddington Beach was a huge plus. Kahn graciously accommodated our early check-in, making us feel welcome. My mother absolutely adored the kitchen—perfect for family meals! Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving retreat

Exceptionally clean large house it a convent location was a great stay for our family if 4, parents and adult kids (21 & 23). Host was very quick to reply to any message we left. Would recommend.

Everything we need plus some

Although our stay was short it was everything we expected plus more. From check in to check out we had an amazing experience. We are already planning our next trip back for a longer stay. The owner answered any questions and was quick to respond when we needed anything.

Wonderful stay in Seminole

We had a lovely stay at Khanh's home in Seminole. The house was just as listed, very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, and a cute bunny kept us company each day. We walked over the bridge each morning to a great coffee shop near the beach, and the house was a short drive to many great restaurants. I highly recommend this rental.

Meets, and exceeds, expectations!

The property was perfect for our party of six (ranging in ages 17-48). The online pics were 100% accurate, the neighborhood was nice and safe, and it was conveniently located...we took trips to the beach with ease, and a couple of excursions into Tampa and St. Pete, and both were nice, short trips. When I had any questions for the owners, they were prompt and helpful with their responses. I would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!!

Comfortable and spacious

This house was such a great choice for our 2 families! We never felt crowded, everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed for the week. The yard was lovely, with bunnies and birds, the location is convenient to the beach and our other destinations. We're already thinking of this place for the next time we visit the area!

Spring Break - Softball

We were more than pleased with the accommodations. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Even had two coffee pots which worked out well so we could have decaf and regular. The location worked out great, even walked in the neighborhood. Loved it! Would stay again!

Large, very clean, quiet neighborhood

Check-in was smooth, owner was immediately available when we had an issue with the internet, unit was very clean. The listing pictures are accurate. Kitchen is outstanding both in terms of space and availability of everything you need. Living/dining space is large. The bedroom with the two beds is a bit tight to get around the bed. Otherwise bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with ample storage space for clothes. Some area rugs in the living space and maybe the bedrooms would be nice, but that is a matter of personally preference. My only reason for not ranking 5/5 was that I felt a dampness in the air that I could not resolve, despite the fact that the weather was fairly cool with low humidity. I tried different temperature settings and tried opening windows. This seemed more of an issue to me and less so for my spouse and brother. Very quiet, safe neighborhood, 5 minute drive to parking with access to Gulf beaches.

Great Stay

Fantastic hidden gem

Our family truly enjoyed everything about this house, this location and the property owner. The pictures do NOT do it justice, how lovely the home actually is! Its updated and very stylish. Not to mention, very comfortable beds! TVs are smart tvs, the bathrooms are immaculate and the location might be the best part. Close to so much nearby! We went to the beach daily and hated to leave. We will definitely be back.

Terrific stay in Tampa

Property was awesome. Decent sized backyard. Big garage where we parked our van (VERY useful for the heat). There was a big storm the night before we got there, which caused a leak in the roof. But the property owners were quick to communicate with us and fix the issue. They even gave us a partial kick back refund, to compensate for the inconvenience. Location is great. Lots of open area & space in the house. We were there with my mom, wife, and 2yr old twins, and it was more than suitable. Thumbs up! 👍
