This new luxurious three-suite condominium offers spectacular views of the famous Eagle Beach sunsets. The apartment is situated within the brand-new O Condominium, the highest-specification residential building in Aruba. Its bright and airy space guarantees luxury and privacy, and its remarkable beachfront location only a few steps away from the famous Eagle Beach in the heart of Aruba’s cultural hub makes O Condo 33 the perfect choice for an unforgettable Caribbean vacation.
[Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.
[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.
[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them
[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
