This three-bedroom retreat comes fully appointed for family-friendly convenience with a NEW King bed in the main bedroom, Queen and bunks in guest bedrooms 1 & 2, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. You will love the low-density, expansive beach at this location, the two Free, on-site, assigned parking spaces and additional free street parking in front of the building.
The kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of major appliances for planning homemade meals with ease, plus a three-seater breakfast bar for morning coffee/tea from the Keurig, drip, or kettle. The 10-person dining table sets the stage for family dinner nights and the NEW living room furniture welcomes casual downtime with comfortable seating and a massive smart TV (Samsung TV+ and Roku).
The expansive private balcony off the living area is the perfect perch for sunrise and sunset viewing, or a crab feast. The second balcony is accessible from the primary bedroom. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, outdoor shower, and a private washer/dryer. A ground-floor beach equipment closet features beach chairs, toys, a spike ball game, and storage space.'

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking height restriction of 5'11' under the building. Boats and trailers are not permitted in the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
