The air-conditioned living area offers a great spot to unwind after a refreshing time in the community pool. GREAT LOCATION!

This place is a good size for a larger family. I'm disappointed with the delay in support through Vacasa about the cleanliness of it - particularly the carpet and couch with huge stains. The rest of the place was nice! Comfy beds and upgraded kitchen!

Location was an easy walk to the beach. Lovely home with furniture and dishes/pots/pants. Truly felt like a home away from home. Decent views of bay and ocean. Only complaint which wasn’t that big of a deal is that the WiFi wasn’t the greatest. It did not reach the kids room and we couldn’t log in to streaming devices for the kids due to that, otherwise great property

Perfect location for a laid back vacation.

We loved this condo! It's so quiet and spacious. A quick walk to the beach. A short drive to the OC boardwalk and fun places in Delaware. Not pictured or listed are the little things in the closet for the beach, we made use of the umbrella and chairs. There's a toaster and ice maker. We're likely going to book this spot again in the near future. Highly recommend!

Lovely Condo

The condo was great. It was very clean and had many amenities including a full-sized refrigerator, washer and dryer. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook our meals. The beds were comfortable and so was the couch. The pool on-site was nice. The location was great and just a short walk to the beach. It was quiet there, which we greatly appreciated. We’d stay here again!

Building was super close to the beach with a nice pool. Great balcony and plenty of space for eight people, including two small kids. Loved having 2.5 bathrooms. You will need to leave the parking passes upstairs so keep that in mind when you’re getting ready to leave. Great stay and would easily stay again.

Absolutely Love this place. Nice and quiet, please. The pool is wonderful, even has a little kiddie pool for toddlers. Which was nice to have. Seems like some families leave some stuff behind to enjoy for the beach. For the kiddos, so we kept that going love the fact that didn't use the travel size normal hotel stuff. Definitely everything you need to cook with. And a lots of space. We went down with a family total of 8 and it was great. Thank you And hope that it stays affordable for other families to enjoy.

Spacious condo- great north OC location

Condo was spacious and perfect for two families to share. There is alot in the area for families to do that is all within walking distance. The condo even had some boogie boards to be borrowed in their closets. I would definitely stay again. The pool code was not correct. (it was last years code). Luckily another tenant saw me struggling to get in and gave me this summers code and explained that vacasa hadn't updated the code on their emails.

We arrive. The storm door is nearly falling off its hinges. The main door is dented and dinged and has not been painted since it was installed many years ago. The lights in the bunk room do not work. There's no hand soap in two of the three bathrooms. The porch is covered in sand and dirt. The carpets are stained. The vertical blinds in the main bedroom are damaged and can't be closed or opened. The bi-fold door in front of the washer is broken. The sink drain plunger in the main bathroom is not operational. I call at 9 pm on the arrival day to note these items. The rep said the ticket has been created. I call at 9 am the next morning to follow up. The rep said the ticket has been created. I finally got a call back about 1 pm. A nice person on the line said they had no record of a ticket being created. No phone call was received regarding when maintenance will arrive to fix anything. The bedroom lights are operational when we return at the end of the day. The sink is "fixed" by removing the sink drain plug. Nothing else is ever cleaned or repaired.

Everything you need - and then some!

Look no further! Seriously! This home is clean, spacious and packed with things that will make you want to return again year after year! In addition to the basic amenities, you'll find board games, phone charging stations, even an ice maker! And previous renters have left little treasures that are helpful (paper plates, spices, plastic/foil, cleaning supplies). There are plenty of glasses, dishes, utensils, cooking supplies (even cutting boards, pot holders and storage containers). We purchased paper products and food - the rest was there waiting for us! The front closet has a beach cooler, life vests, some beach toys. Plenty of extra blankets & pillows in every room. Having a washer/drier allows you to have cleans linens daily. The beach is within walking distance and restaurants, shopping/souvenirs are within minted by car. Boardwalk is about 25 minutes away (parking is abundant, meters used). Churches of every denomination within 15-30 minutes. Mini golf on every block, laser tag, arcades, water slide parks, candy & ice cream shops everywhere! Vacasa rentals are A+ extra credit! ☺️
