Beautifully furnished Front Beach Rd. condo five minute walk to beach.

The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master has a California king bed with attached vanity room with two closets and a bathroom with shower/tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. The second full bath is in the hallway. There is a pullout sofa in the living area that sleeps two.

Amenities
The unit has all new furniture in the living areas, new window treatments, luxury vinyl and ceramic tile floors, Smart TV in living room and TVs in both bedrooms. Items in unit: microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee pot, blender, wine glasses, corkscrew, can opener, skillets, pots and pans, cable TV, Netflix, and WiFi. The front balcony overlooks a well-equipped pool with deck chairs and recliners. The back balcony opens up from both bedrooms for private lounging and relaxing. There is a gazebo with grills for grilling the fresh fish you can get at Buddy's Seafood close by. The condo overlooks, beyond the pool, lush vegetation on a nature preserve. Dining table seats four with additional seating of four at kitchen bar. Blankets, towels, and linens furnished - but please bring your own beach towels as the towels in the unit are not for the beach or pool. There is a three minute walk across the street to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico through Front Beach Road marker #73. The condo has its own parking lot and our unit is located on the third floor next to steps and an elevator. Shopping galore at nearby Pier Park (www.visitpanamacitybeach.com/pier-park/) including restaurants, Target, and Walmart. Grocery shopping at Publix, Winn Dixie, or our favorite, Carousel Food Market, on Front Beach Road. Our condo is smoke free and no pets allowed.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time in PCB. The condo was clean! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need. Walking distance to the beach. It is on the west side but still close to everything. This is the 2nd time we stay at Peach Tree. We love it! We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

We loved the condo! To me it's actually bigger than the pictures show. It's on the top floor right next to the stair case, so easy access. The front & back patios are very spacious as well. The owners have great communication & quick responses. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

PCB 10U World Series

We were in town for a baseball World Series Tournament. Everything was wonderful. The place was clean and quiet and the pool area was so nice. The proximity to the beach was great as well. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The carts to move luggage as well as the elevators were an added bonus! The hosts were super responsive and helpful and we enjoyed staying in their condo and appreciate them so much!

Cleanest place we've ever stayed at!

This property was the cleanest place my family has ever stayed at! The location was perfect to be right across the street from the ocean yet feel secluded from the main drag. The price was about right as well!

Great stay!

Check in was easy! It was super clean and stocked with enough supplies for the week, this has been the only place I’ve stayed at that has everything you need! We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone!

This property was very clean and in a great location. Just across the street from beach. The property had a pool that was convenient and not over crowded. Property owner was very responsive. This was a perfect vacation for our family.

Beautiful place!

My kids and I really enjoyed staying here! It was beautiful and well kept, and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. We wish we could have stayed longer. This was my first experience using VRBO and it was such a great way to get a nice place at a reasonable price.

Condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Plenty of fresh linens, fully stocked kitchen and a short walk to the beautiful beaches of PCB! Quick responses from the owners when issues arise and they were quickly resolved.

Great Condo

We have stayed in this condo for the past 3 years. It is clean, neat, and just overall perfect for a relaxing beach vacation. The beach is a short walk across the street, shopping is close, and great restaurants are nearby.

Love this place!

Great beach getaway

The condo was close to the beach and Pier Park! Very clean and comfortable. They had a lot of items to cook with thathaven’t had in other condos. The manager was great to work with! Would definitely go again!!

Family Retreat

My family enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the Peachtree condo. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The condo had a great layout inside with nice furniture. It also had a nice balcony with outdoor seating. It was a great escape from a busy time at a dance competition that brought us to PCB. I would definitely book again when visiting the area.

Beautiful vacation.

It is a very good furnished condo with a great location for the price payed. About 500 yards to a beautiful beach, close to pier park. No crowd at elevators or at the beach. No parking problems. Great pool for evening time. Highly recommend.

Great experience!

This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach and this rental was exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was great when the beach had double red flag warnings. We were on the 3rd, (top), floor and there was an elevator. The residents and other guest were pleasant and inviting. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

Perfect!!

Wonderful location, a short walk from the beach. Clean welcoming condos. Close to everything. Perfect for families. The pool area was clean but we did not swim in the pool as we spent our time at the beach. Will definitely stay here again when we come to back PCB. Any questions I had were answered promptly, communication was a breeze. Extremely satisfied with my stay!

Nice property

The property matched the listing. It was furnished well and even had enough paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dish detergent for our stay. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The property was nicer than expected. The kitchen had everything we needed, including ice cube trays for extra ice, which helped us generate enough ice for the trip home. This was our second stay in this complex, but this was a far nicer condo than the previous one we rented.

Beautiful Property

I stayed at this condo for a long weekend. The property is steps from the beach, clean, and newly-renovated. I loved that unlike most of the properties I reviewed online, this one did not have a "Florida" theme. As a native Floridian, I find the beach decor to be annoying and tacky. But this property is, in a word, beautiful. The furnishings are more modern and sophisticated for the so-called "Red Neck Riviera." There were two of us, but we each had our own space with our own bathrooms. The beds were comfortable with memory foam mattresses. We slept like babies! In fact, I loved this condo so much that I thought about renting it again for another upcoming break. I will definitely keep it in mind for future getaways and even recommend it to friends.
